Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath north corner condo with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico! This 3rd floor condo has a million dollar view from the private screened balcony, large and renovated kitchen that is fully stocked, washer and dryer in unit, bright and fresh décor and everything else you need for a great beach vacation! There are so many updates in this beautiful place! The open kitchen features granite counter tops, new cabinets and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms were remodeled. The main bath has a stylish designer freestanding bathtub. One end is raised to create a comforting backrest for total relaxation after a day of fun on the beach. The guest bath features a large walk in shower with designer tile. New living room furniture not shown on photos yet, new photos coming soon! Another highlight is the large beach front balcony with quality outdoor furniture, perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining and watching the famous Florida West Coast sunsets! The Arie Dam is a smaller, quaint building that is perfectly located on Madeira Beach and this awesome condo is not to be missed!!

This condo complex is a smaller building that has direct beach access, a heated pool and hot tub, private screened in balconies with direct Gulf views from each… its perfect!! There are several restaurants with live entertainment within walking distance as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Winn-Dixie grocery store, miniature golf and more. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! This unit is absolutely perfect, newly renovated, spacious, unbelievable location, peaceful, modern, just can't say enough about it. We were in town for a wedding that was at St. Petersburgh Yacht CLub and it was an easy 20 minute uber ride to the festivities. Couldnt ask for anything better, wonderful sunsets, the Gulf right outside your door, wonderful patio just terrific! We will definitely be back many more times in the future. To the owners of this unit thank you for providing such a wonderful space for us to enjoy with our family! Quite possibly was the best vacation we have ever had and that is no small task!

We had a wonderful stay at Arie Dam #304. The location was amazing...couldn't be beat! Condo was lovely. Lots of space to spread out yet cozy enough to feel like home for a week. Kitchen had almost everything one could need! Loved the large bedrooms. Our three kiddos had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was great. Plenty of beach chairs and toys was a pleasant surprise. My only suggestions would be salt/pepper in the kitchen, more than 2 kitchen garbage bags, and beach towels. Small things in the grand scheme of a clean, well maintained, on the beach place! Definitely would book again!

We love this condo and have used it off and on for over 10 years. New updates to the condo during the past year - new appliances, remodeled master bath, and new furniture - enhanced our overall vacation experience. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to put copies of user manuals with all the updated appliances (for those of us who don't have the latest), as well as the addition of a bench and more towel/wash cloth holders in the master bath.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Facilities are nice and clean and everything is convenient. The only negative I would mention is we saw a few roaches in the kitchen. It is time for pest control. Also the toilet in the master needs a new flapper. Didn’t bother me but I don’t want water wasted. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo is a very large and spacious end unit with fantastic views and very nicely decorated. Overall updates are very nice, the master suite and bath are also very large and face the gulf with a sliding door to the porch -slept every night listening to the waves! The master shower tile needs some TLC, hopefully its next on the update list. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do a very good job, found black hair all over the master bath counter and floors when we arrived. The New Years eve firework displays right in front of our building were a nice surprise to celebrate the holiday! The location is good, 1.4 miles from John’s Pass, a nice walk to town. The beach has a wide area of hard flat sand good for walking or running, while still has some deeper soft sand towards the top of the beach. The beach towels provided were very nice quality and plentiful, beach chairs were older and some broken. I would definitely return to this unit!

Our vacation was great! Walk through the pool to get to the beach, balcony faced the beach (I spent every morning watching the sunrise from the balcony.
I spent evenings watching the sunset and the dolphins.) Kitchen has everything you need. There are tons of beach toys in the closet, including beach chairs. Beach towels included. Full size washer & dryer.... Everything we needed with 4 kids. I look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful time and a perfect location. Property was clean and everyone was super friendly .. Great Beach Vibe with this location . Enjoyed Grouper Sandwich from Dockside Daves restaurant located across the street . Publix grocery store was only a couple of miles away and World Famous Johns Pass is right down the street. The unit was spacious with all of the things you would need for a stay. Instacart can deliver to the lobby so no need to bring all of your food with you. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Very close to St. John’s pass with shopping and restaurants.

The only complaint I had was with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. There were cigarette butts and ashes on the balcony as well as a pile of nail clippings. None of which belonged to my family. There was also no broom in the unit so we couldn’t easily clean it up.

We have been booking our trips to Florida with Resort Rentals for about 5 years. They did not disappoint as usual. Being a nurse and working during this crisis (COVID-19) my family and I were hesitant about our stay in Florida; however, I am so grateful we decided to take our trip. Arie Dam was amazing, as usual, I was thrilled to see brand new towels, washcloths, etc. had been placed in the condo due to the COVID-19. We were impressed with the extra measures taken to meet guidelines of safety due to COVID. We have stayed in #304 when available every time we visit. I was glad to see the condo had been painted and new furniture added. With the remodeling and the gorgeous views our much needed downtime was perfect. The only concern I had was about the balcony (beach view); the railing on the right side the screws are coming lose and it moves back and forth. We noticed it our last night there; definitely a safety issue. Otherwise, as I said before, perfect vacation. We are never disappointed with our stay at Arie Dam. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful service and gorgeous views.

This was our third time at this unit and we enjoyed it very much. My only comments is that it definitely needs a deep cleaning. The tile floor and outside deck are very dirty and the bottom of your feet actually turn black when walking on them. The building itself is older but in pretty good shape. Our only comment is that they should have a recycling dumpster onsite - I believe they had one last year?

The view of the beach is beautiful. The dishwasher didn't work properly and the glasses and silverware were placed in the cupboard spotted and unfit for use.This is a matter that should be brought up with the cleaning service. Hair dryer in small bedroom was broken.

the unit is as exactly as the pictures show, a comfortable unit with plenty of space. The beds are always subject to opinion but my wife and I find them extremely comfortable. If you want all of the fancy upgrades look elsewhere, this unit has been extremely comfortable for the 3 times that we have stayed here. The unit at Arie Dam was beautiful! The Ocean view was perfect! We loved the fact that the master suite also had a sliding door out onto the terrace. Madeira Beach was beautiful. We had been staying at one of your units up on Redington Beach, but due to the beach refurbishment (noise, tractors, refurbishment equipment), your office kindly relocated us to Arie Dam. We enjoyed the rest of our vacation in peace and quiet. I will definitely book our next condo rental through HomeAway/Vacation Rentals!

Stayed for 7 days in Oct. for our kids fall break. The unit was fine and the location was good. I little quite for our teenager but only a short drive to Clearwater. The pool and hot tub were nice and the beach was nice as well. I was not a big fan of the screened in balcony I guess in the summer it is needed for the bugs? The unit was clean and everything worked well (except the toaster) overall very nice stay.

Unit was very clean and you cannot beat the location. That is the plus side of things. The down side - the mattresses on the beds in this unit should have been replaced 10 plus years ago. The king size mattress is an absolute joke. Has huge indentations in it from being slept on so much. It's beyond shot. The queen and twin mattress in the 2nd bedroom are an absolute joke. Very uncomfortable. If you want to rent out a unit you need to replace things as they are wore out. I wouldn't rent this unit again. I'm certain the mattress my dog sleeps on is better than the mattresses in this unit. Also - lack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, any sort of cleaning supplies. Heck we couldn't even find a pen to use in this unit. Unit is also in need of a remodel.
Trust me - there are hundreds and hundreds of condos on the beach from St Pete to Madeira Beach to Redington Beach, etc - rent one with newer mattresses. Also, the patio door in the 2nd bedroom needed to be replaced many years ago as it is shot and the track is completely wore out. The owner of this unit hasn't stuck a dime back into the unit - they just keep stuffing the money in their pockets. That's their choice, but Ill find somewhere else to stay next time.

unit 304 at aire dame was great, red tide not so good. a cart to unload luggage and groc was always located in lobby. we were told it was being keep in stairwell now, wasn't there. the only time we saw cart was unit 301 was using it for remodeling. This cart is really a great help in getting luggage to unit and new management should keep track of it.

I took my family of four to stay at Arie Dam #304. The kids had a great time in the pool and the view from the condo is amazing! The condo is roomy and has all the things you could need for a pleasant vacation. The floors got dirty easily (mostly sand), but a broom and vacuum were available, so no biggie. The bedrooms are big and there is a surprising amount of storage for a beach condo. I will definitely stay there again.

Could not have asked for a better experience all the way around, from rental staff to the actual condo. Condo was in excellent shape, very clean and had everything a person could want...kitchen utensils,pots,small appliances etc. and everything in between. The condo was so close to the beach I could hear the ocean every night when going to sleep. Balcony is where we spent most of the time. We had one small issue with keys and Resort Realty responded immediately and graciously. Thank you for such a quality vacation. Will rent again from this company without a doubt.

Spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the Gulf! The sunsets were spectacular—it was like having "front row centre" seats. Condo was larger than we expected and furniture in living room and bed in master suite were comfortable. Appreciated having laundry facilities in the condo and if we stayed here again would pack fewer clothes! Another plus was parking space right across from entry door which made carrying in luggage/groceries much easier. Would consider returning as the location and cleanliness of condo were top of the line.

This was a great location for our family vacation. Not far from Johns Pass and less than an hour from Tampa and bush gardens. We had a wonderful time all the amenities you could ever want and need where in the room for you to use(dishes,pots,pan,coffee maker,mixer). Two balconies was nice one on front of building and the largest overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just a beautiful place to take your family for a reasonable price. Only major down fall was elevator quite working on Thanksgiving day and being on the 3rd floor you can imagine. And the room floor wasn't very when we arrived in the room. But all in all a great place with minor flaws. Oh one more thing PLEASE GET A GRILL IN THE POOL AREA WOULD BE A GREAT ADD ON. Every other location had one.Sone we had to smell it the whole time.

This condo was an ideal vacation stay for my husband and myself. The location was perfect, and considering the recent hurricane, the grounds and pool were clean.
Also we were amazed that the restaurants in the area were open, although the grocery stores were not stocked until Sunday. The concerns regarding the condo were shared on the comment card to resort rental company, and hopefully will be addressed by them and the owner. We would stay here again, because it fulfilled our needs for a beach vacation.

This is our family's fourth year at Arie Dam and second year in this condo. I love it there. The condo is great with huge windows on two walls overlooking the ocean. People gather on the beach every night for the spectacular sunsets and you can see them right from the couch. Condo is very comfortable with everything you need for your trip. Location is convenient to several restaurants and groceries with St Johns Pass a mile down the road. Four yrs ago I was looking for a place close to the airport and there were so many options. I am very glad I found Arie Dam at Madeira Beach!

We have stayed in this same condo for around 7 years and nothing has changed other than bed comforters since first time stay. Our particular unit is one of cheapest in building but could still really use update on furniture, paint and kitchen equipment. This time the door locks to building, pool and beach were all messed up and hard to open. The hot tub smelled like sewage and I had to call second day ask for it and the pool to be cleaned which didn't get done till day before we left. I was proud to at least see new pool furniture this year. If it wasn't for the location, small amount of units and screened in porch we wouldn't keep coming to this condo. Also had a dirty towel folded on shower door and any time I advise Resort Rentals of any issue, I just get a Sorry. Never get a discount for condo problems or for even being repeat customer for years. Ready to start looking for new condo now.

In regards to the locks on the property, pool and hot tub; these are all items that are handled and managed through the condo association so we unfortunately do not have any control over the maintenance on those. When you called to report the hot tub and pool conditions we immediately informed the condo association and their staff about this so that they could take care of those items. If they did not get this done in a timely matter, don’t hesitate to call us again and we will “rattle their cage” if needed. We want our guests to be comfortable during their stay so we are more than happy to help however we can. If Arie Dam might not be the perfect fit for you anymore, we do have another location that is direct beachfront on Madeira Beach that has screened in balconies as well. They also have a number of “premier” condos to choose from at this other location and those units will carry recent updates throughout, including (but not limited to) newer furnishings and kitchen updates. If you would like further information on this, please just let us know. We hope to be able to provide you with another beachfront vacation rental again in the future.

Second time we have stayed in this particular unit, but have stayed at The Arie Dam a number of times.
We have used Resort Rentals 3-4 times and cannot rate them highly enough. They are very helpful in everything.
What's not to like dropping off to sleep hearing the waves break on the shore, and waking in the morning to a glorious new day. Walking onto the balcony with a cup of tea/coffee and watching as the Dolphins swim by. My husband and I would always see who spotted them first.
The Unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed every moment of our stay,
Bed in Master bedroom is really comfortable and a super king size.
Just a little thing that may be handy would have been a plug in nightlight when going to the bathroom at night, but that is really not picking.
Thanks for a wonderful vacation that while a bit too warm (over 90 each day)was over far too soon.

My wife and I decided that if we were going to Florida we were getting a place right on the beach or not go. Aire Dam was a very nice condo right on the beach and in an well located and convenient area. Except for a couple in the hot tub next door it was quiet and quite spacious. It is a longer than average walk to John's Pass but very doable if you are physically fit. The condo and area totally satisfied our needs and as I think about any negatives on the condo the only things that come to mind are the kitchen was lacking a few utensils, there wasn't a sharp knife in the place, and a grill for a barbecue would have been very nice.

Loved the location, balcony, view. Very nice kitchen, nice layout of rooms. Living room furniture looks good but is not comfortable at all. The pool area is very nice and recently updated. There were only a few dishes in cabinet. Need more.

Have stayed on Madeira Beach for the last 12 years, this was by far the nicest accommodations we've experienced. Condo very nice, lots of room, good beds and furniture. Excellent location. Resort Rentals staff very professional, everything totally spelled out, no surprises. Only cons check-in about 10 minutes away, must have a key to get access to pool and beach, as well as to exit each. Realize that's for security, but question safety of exiting pool area? Arie Dam is one of the newer buildings in the area.

Overall everything was nice. I loved the kitchen & living areas. The view was beautiful. What I didn't like was how you could hear everything happening above you. If someone moved a table or opened the patio door you heard it. The same goes for the kids room. It's right next to the road & you can hear passing cars as well as the restaurants across the street. The master bed also needs replaced as it has a divet in each side.

This was a beautiful condo in an excellent location. The only complaint is we thought there was a sleeper sofa since the description said it slept 6 and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch which wasn't that comfortable. Other than that our stay was great. We walked across the street to eat at Ocean Breeze Grill and the food was so good! Loved the beach and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would love to go back!!

Excellent unit. Very large rooms. Very large balcony with excellent chairs. Kitchen was more than fully stocked with good quality items, even a blender, thermos and many items not found in a rental unit. Need to have a key to access elevator and pool/beach did add a feeling of additional security. The yellow cabanas next to the condo were very reasonably priced and I liked it better than the umbrellas.

This is a great condo with great views, easy access to the beach. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub, and conveniently located to surrounding restaurants and shops.

The only downfall is the double bed is in desire need of new mattress and pillows.

The remote for the television in the living room didn't work. Little noisy from the floor above due to the floor. The double lock didn't work, top lock was broken. Notice on the door down stairs, said the elevator wasn't safe (safety check was expired). But the view from the room were great.

The rental was in a good location, the property was clean and easy to navigate. Arie Dam has covered parking for some of the units. Our unit was clean but the furniture and bedding were old and outdated. It would be a wonderful spot if updated some. The free wi-fi was a nice extra.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. Our only negative is that the beds and pillows should probably be replaced. The couch is old and out-dated, however, was comfortable to sit on. We loved that the complex was not too large so that the noise level was low and the pool and hot tub were never over crowded.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 12 Tage in Arie Dam Nr. 304. Wir besuchen schon seit vielen Jahren den Sonnenstaat und in den letzten Jahren buchten wir immer über Resort Rentals und sind jedesmal mit der Abwicklung, dem Service und den Immobilien von Resort Rentals SEHR zufrieden. Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir sehr angetan von der Lage und dem Zustand unserer Unterkunft. Der Masterbedroom ist zwar nicht gerade postmodern eingerichtet aber die gesamte Location ist in einem ordentlichen und vor allem sauberen Zustand. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ( wir haben es nicht benötigt ) liegt zur Strasse und ist daher etwas lauter. Das weiss man aber wenn man am Gulf Boulevard wohnt. Das wird aber durch die direkte Lage am Strand und die kurzen Wege zu Restaurants und Geschäften mehr als ausgeglichen. Wie immer war der Ablauf durch die Agentur sehr einfach und angenehm. Man kann zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit seine Schlüssel abholen, Kreditkartenabbuchungen sehr seriös und die Rückgabe der Schlüssel stellt auch zu keiner Zeit ein Problem dar. Ausserdem ist Resort Rentals sehr kulant was das Auschecken betrifft. Wir durften auch dieses Jahr (wie die Jahre zuvor ) ohne Aufpreis am Abreisetag bis nachmittags unser Apartment bewohnen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sowie auch Resort Rentals ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Wir werden immer wieder bei RR buchen, auch wieder Arie Dam, sollte es denn frei sein.

We have stayed at this condo the last 3 years and have enjoyed the stay. It is convenient to all the restaurants, stores, shopping etc. We especially enjoy John's Pass and it is either a trolly ride or short drive to this location. The view is fantastic all day but especially in the mornings watching the dolphins swim by. I am sure that we will be staying again and would recommend that anyone interested should stay here also.

Really enjoyed our vacation. Loved the condo, very roomy and had a great view. We would stay here again!! A little noisy at night because it is across from a bar. Also, an abandoned building was next door that should be torn down, it is an eyesore!! The complaints I have about the condo are: Kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down, they were sticky in places; some of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned well (had dried food on them); the pool did not seem to be cleaned every day (sand in the bottom of pool early in the morning before it was opened); and on our last day, Friday, they were doing maintenance to the pool and pool was closed until 4pm. My opinion is they should have done it on Saturday-check in and check out day. It would have been less inconvience to most of the guest.
