Welcome to Club Bahia at Isla Del Sol, the most sought after community at beautiful Isla. Surrounded by magnificent Boca Ciega Bay, Club Bahia is noted for it’s enchanting sunset views, and easy access to major restaurants and shopping in St Pete Beach, Passa Grille and Tierra Verde. Club Bahia also boasts it’s proximately to golfing and social events with Isla Del Sol Golf and Country Club only 3 minutes away.

Club Bahia is also only a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic) to world renowned downtown St Petersburg, home of The Dali Museum, The St Pete Pier and numerous art galleries and unique shops. Tampa and Largo are only approximately 30 minutes away with Clearwater a scenic drive of 45 minutes away.

This unit is conveniently located directly across from Club Bahia Clubhouse on the third floor. Enjoy the scintillating saltwater pool and spa, as well as a private workout room, library and entertaining area with kitchen. Relax on the front patio with a gorgeous view of the clubhouse, pools and lake.

The unit is beautifully furnished with coastal decor as well as some antique furnishings. Upon entering the unit, view the glistening emerald bay through new 150 mph wind protected, gorgeous sliding glass doors. There are three televisions with access to cable tv and roku channels to view Netflix, Prime Video channels and more.

When you decide you don’t want to spend the energy shopping, you can relax on the patio and view beautiful sunsets or dramatic storms. Dolphins are an almost daily occurrence. Occasionally you may see a baby shark or manatee. In cooler weather, you can open the sliding glass door and be lulled to sleep by waves hitting the seawall. Standing in the kitchen you feel like you are on a yacht with full water view before you. During holidays or celebrations you’ll have a close up view of boat parades or fireworks.

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful wooden cabinets, stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops. The living room has plenty of seating, and a large antique oak dining table that will easily seat 6 people. The desk right by the sliders has great natural lighting--so working on vacation will be a breeze! The main bedroom features a King size bed, lots of drawer space, a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom with two sinks and a Roman soaking tub. The guest bedroom contains a twin size bed, a desk and an electric leather lounge chair. Upon entering the unit you will see an anique wood breakfast table and a plentiful amount of storage cabinets. Next to the breakfast area sits a separate room for the washer and dryer.

  Isla del Sol is beautiful, the condo was clean and well maintained, the pool was quiet and not overcrowded, we often used the balcony to watch dolphins and manatees, there was a good start to the beaches of Fort de Soto,

  Fantastic location with lovely view of bay from balcony. A short drive to restaurants in Gulfport (a funky little place), St. Petersburg, or Ft. Desotp. The condo itself is beautiful with an impressive display of original artwork. The agency was easy to work with and were receptive to my questions. The internet is spotty (only strong in two rooms) so if you plan on working while here you may be disappointed and instead of cable or satellite, there’s only Roku. I talked to Resort Rentals and they were happy to have this feedback.
