Sunset Chateau #511 - Beachfront condo, Walk to Caddy's, Beautiful Updates!

This beautifully updated, bright and tastefully decorated condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. It has 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances and Keurig and drip coffee maker, all you need to prepare a delicious meal. There’s a very cute corner bench dining area and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living area has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico, features a large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa and love seat. The view from this 5th floor condo is breathtaking! You can take a couple of chairs outside on the shared balcony and watch the famous Florida West Coast sunsets. You’ll find a king size bed and another Smart TV in the stylish bedroom. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. The living room is on the beach side of the condo, and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and onsite parking is available.

Located on popular Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is The Sunset Chateau. This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a nice pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided (chairs available in the condo). Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!!

Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. Caddy’s On The Beach and Ka Tiki are 2 beach bar restaurants that are approx. ½ mile walk up the beach; both providing cold drinks, live music and food. There are many other restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within a short drive. Approximately 3 miles north is John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.

Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!

  The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Perfect location near everything, we did more walking to places then driving. The property felt very safe & secure. We will definitely come back to this condo!! We are already missing the sunset’s!!

  We have rented several apartments and houses in the area, and we always come back here. The area is lovely, the beach is great. This is the place where we relax. Truly a home away from home. The apartment is very pleasant, bright and nice. Plus there were chairs that you could have outside and watch the sunset, or just relax in the evening. Large, nice fridge, and everything you need to cook. We will be back!

  Had a wonderful time at the Sunset Chateau. View was amazing and sunsets were beautiful. Condo 512 is well equipped and nicely decorated. My only complaint is the parking. Although there were more than 2 dozen parking spots available , use of the guest parking pass was prohibited over the July 4th weekend. It would be nice if the property could try to be more accommodating to its guests.
