Sunset Chateau 409 Popular Sunset Beach, Walk to Caddy's, Beach Front!

This great condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a nice meal, tile flooring throughout and tasteful décor. The living area features a flat screen TV and a futon couch that converts into a sleeper sofa. There is a king size bed and another flat screen TV in the bedroom. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and free parking is available.

Located on popular Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is The Sunset Chateau. This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a nice pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided (chairs available in the condo). Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!!

Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. Caddy’s On The Beach and Ka Tiki are 2 beach bar restaurants that are approx. ½ mile walk up the beach; both providing cold drinks, live music and food. There are many other restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within a short drive. Approximately 3 miles north is John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.

Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!

  My parents and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was true to the photos that made me choose it online for our vacation. I had to sleep on the sleeper sofa which I was a little nervous about but it was very comfortable. The only problem was that it did not fold back together right. RR tech looked at it but was not able to fix it during our that was a bummer. 2 rolls of toilet paper was not quite enough for 3 adults for a week. The building and common areas were well taken care of. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness but yet the grocery store and restaurants were just 5 minutes drive away.
  Looking forward to coming here again.
