Caprice 306 Stunning beach front condo in a prime location!

This amazing, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at The Caprice. Welcome to a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, bars, live entertainment, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! There are so many upgrades in this cool and tastefully decorated place! The gorgeous, bright and fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features a a large flat screen TV, a comfortable newer sectional and tile floors. Sliding doors open up to the nicely furnished beach front balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Both, the main and the guest bedroom feature King sized beds with luxurious gel infused memory foam mattresses and flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with beautiful wall tiles, custom cabinets with granite countertops. New walk in shower in the main bath and bath tub/shower condo in the guest bath. All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.
The Caprice features free WiFi, assigned free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and Shuffle Board. Beach volley ball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

Located on the northern end of St Pete Beach is The Caprice. This beachfront building keeps you near and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, beach bars and live entertainment that St Pete Beach always has going on! You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4 miles to the north which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches! St Pete Beach is loaded with activities for all ages, has amazing beaches and is waiting for you to come for a visit!

  Beautiful condo in a great location. A couple of notes-Did have problem with the code for the door, I called the office and never got a call back. Ended up figuring it out. No washer and dryer so would have expected to receive 2 bath towels pp instead of 1. Also only provide a dribble of dish soap and hand soap. Other condos we have rented provide a small bottle of dish soap and at least enough bathroom soap to get you through the week.

  This was a good location for the price. Had to drive to rental office a mile away to Pick up key. No early check in. Only one room key and key to pool area. Parking was very difficult.The gate from pool area to the beach was very difficult to open. The room was not ready at check in time. They gave me the key but the cleaning service was still working when I arrived and asked that I come back later. I flew so we didn’t have anywhere else to go.

  The pictures represented the well. The only issue that was resolved immediately was that they only gave one set of towels for each of us and we were there for a week, since there is not a washer and dryer in the unit this was not adequate. WE called and they did give us another set.

  We stayed for a week here and had a great time. We had no issues checking in and getting keys. The unit had everything we needed and the provided towels/toilet paper/other items were plenty for the 3 of us. There were a ton of outlets in all of the rooms, which is a huge plus. The Caprice is in a great location and in walking distance to most of the restaurants we tried. The pool and beach were well maintained and the building has a communal beach chair/toy area that you can borrow from and put back when you leave. The unit doesn't have a washer and dryer which is a bummer, but the laundry facilities in the building were fine and we had no issues. Overall I'd highly recommend this unit and building and hope we can stay there again!

Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The pool is well maintained and the beach has so many restaurants/bar to walk to for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
