Pelican Pointe 2C Awesome, spacious, beachside unit with beautiful updates

Pelican Pointe is a unique and well maintained community with only 14 other units sitting right on the beach. You’re only a hop, skip and jump away from the stunning teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and many picturesque viewpoints. Enjoy a home away from home with plenty of sun and sand at your fingertips. Located on the West Coast of Florida, Pelican Pointe offers many amenities to completely satisfy your stay.

This spacious condo features a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a granite breakfast bar and bar stools for extra seating. It opens up to the dining area with a large table seating 6 people comfortably. There are two glass sliding doors opening up to the double-wide balcony furnished with two reclining lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a patio table with 4 chairs. One of the sliding doors connects the living area, the other one the kitchen/dining area to the large balcony. Perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy meals close to the water’s edge. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a nice fire place. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV and and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and another flat screen TV. The main bath has a step-in shower, the 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. There's a full size washer/dryer inside the condo, free WiFi and assigned covered parking for two cars.

Not only does this home deliver a seaside vacation all year long, but shops, restaurants and local entertainment are in walking distance. Pelican Pointe offers ample space for parking, so leave the car at home and explore what the Indian Shores neighborhood has to offer. A Beach Trolley runs up and down the 30-mile beach stretch, providing accessibility to many activities. For those looking to explore city culture, sights and bites, Tampa is a 40-minute drive east, or, alternatively, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are a short drive north and south respectively. Pelican Pointe is well-suited for families, couples or anyone looking for the perfect beach side retreat.

  This property is in a great location if you want more of a private beach feel. With only 15 properties on this beach you will not be crowded. This property only has stairs to access the units, not a problem for us but cold be for some. There are a few good places to eat really close, but we ended up driving 15 to 25 minutes to shop and eat. If you drive to Clearwater or John’s Pass be prepared to pay for parking ($10 -$40). The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed mid June and the weather and water was beautiful. We got to see dolphins, manatees, a crab, and a stingray in the gulf during the week. Would definitely stay at this place again.

  We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property at the beach. It is a modern and nicely decorated house, and would love to come back. Everything was clean, good beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Great place for a beach vacation, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby.
  Please invest in some nice beach chairs, that will make a stay at this place complete.
