Sea Esta Pool Home - Beautiful with lots of amenities, walk to the beach!

Welcome to "Sea Esta"! This gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath pool home is located just 2 blocks from the sugar sands of Redington Beach. The house has been thoughtfully updated, furnished and tastefully decorated with so much attention to detail. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has state-of-the-art appliances. A real highlight is the large kitchen island, perfect to gather and prepare delicious meals together. Large doors open up to the pool and courtyard. Beautiful flooring and vaulted ceilings makes this home feel even larger. The split floor plan separates the main bedroom suite from the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom features a walk-in closet, main bath with a shower and French doors opening up to the beautifully maintained pool area. Your kids will just love the fun play area with a loft bunk! Paddleboard, bicycles, a gas grill and a beach cart are available for guest use! 3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms Bedroom 1 – 1 King Sized Bed Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 3 – Bunkbeds (full size) Kids Play area - Twin Loft Bunk Living room - Deep sectional to sleep on Another attraction of this home is the screened in pool area and the tropical courtyard. Plenty of space for our guests to spend an unforgettable beach vacation and take home amazing memories! The area is great too! Just 2 blocks from the amazing Redington Beach or a great park with a playground. Restaurants, stores and a mini gulf course are also nearby. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the Sea Esta Pool Home a great vacation choice! Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive.   Property is in a great location for good food and a short walk to the beach. Many things for kids of all ages to do on or very near the property. However, there more amenities that were included that are not listed on the description of the property. Also, there is a dangerous drop off coming out of the master bedroom when you enter the kitchen that needs caution tape or signage for guest to be aware of.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated, well equipped with all of the linens and kitchen utensils you would need. Also there are 2 bikes, beach chairs, plenty of towels, a cooler and a wagon, perfect for sunny days at quiet Redington Beach. It was a little chilly to make full use of the pool, but our son did take a brief dip in it. House was very clean and well maintained, but we wished that the beds could be upgraded. The mattresses were a bit on the soft side and the bunk bed in the kids room was a bit wobbly. Otherwise, a great stay and highly recommended.

  Spent a vacation (just a long weekend) here with some friends. Had a great time! The house was very nice and had adequate sleeping arrangements. It was clean and nicely updated. It was too cold to use the pool, but the pool looked nice and clean! The area around the pool was also very nice. The best part is that it's within walking distance to the beach, a couple parks, and some bars and restaurants. The neighborhood seemed very nice and safe as well.
