The Oceana Resort is one of Treasure Island’s newest additions located directly on the beach. The beach front condos have a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Treasure Island beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just built in 2019, the building combines the advantage of a fully equipped condo plus all the Resort amenities. The property offers 2 pools and whirlpools either overlooking the beach or Bay across the street. Not only can you watch our famous Florida Sunsets from your private balcony, but also from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor. The view is simply stunning!

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Stop in and visit Winter the dolphin. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.   Oceana 202w was just perfect. The condo was so clean and the check in was a breeze. Friendly staff in their office. It was very quiet and easy access to the beach. Convenient to any place you wanted to go and eat and grocery store close by. Kitchen was stocked with things to cook with. The beach was never over crowded and that’s what we were looking for most of all. We have been going to Panama City Beach, Florida for over 30 years and it has become so crowded to get a spot on the beach and so much traffic. No traffic and got right into restaurants, in Treasure Island, Florida. We will be returning again!

  I just love this location we had a couple days of our vacation that weren’t that nice but it was always such a beautiful view to see the ocean I can’t say enough about how pretty this places it was clean everybody was friendly it was a few minutes walking to town for restaurants and the grocery store was even close by.

  The unit was clean and had all the necessary accommodations. It was quite and the view was amazing. We loved or stay. Our only complaint was the master bath. It was a wheelchair accessible room and the lack of a vanity and countertop space was a little difficult. I wish we would have seen a description stating this in the info or given that info at checkin. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

  The vacation rental was very nice the view was amazing. The only thing I would say is beware there is NO parking with the exception of the one spot they give you. So if your traveling with your grown children who drive separately there is parking about a mile away!
