This stunning, beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the Harborside Resort at Marker 33 and the super fun Splash Harbour Water Park complex! 4 FREE passes to the water park are included, $100 value daily. The amazingly spacious condo accommodates up to 12 guests making this a great family getaway location!!!

The spacious living areas with a floor to ceiling window wall lets you enjoy wildlife and dolphins play in the Intracoastal Waterway. Host splendid dinners at the oversized dining table you prepare at the fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, serving ware, and drink ware. New front load washer and dryer set and ironing board and iron are provided for your use and convenience. There are two additional dining areas, a 4 seat high top table and an outside table on the balcony. A separate wine/beverage bar provides space for your adult beverage storage in the main living area. A DVR is also provided for movie watching so bring your DVDs along! The 5 new HD flat screen TVs make it easy for everyone to select their favorite shows!

The master suite features a quality mattress for your vacation comfort. The beautiful Master Bath has a rain shower and full-sized closet. The oversized-guest bedroom has two high quality pillow-top queen-sized beds and a private bath with shower and tub. The third bedroom is a Children's Hideaway with a twin over double bunk set, toy shelf and TV. A queen-sized sofa bed and a twin-sized love seat bed provide additional sleeping accommodations.

Harbourside Resort at Marker 33 is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Indian Rocks Beach and directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Splash Harbour Water Park is literally right outside your door! 4 free passes are provided for you. Additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Two bars and fabulous restaurants and rental cabanas are on property so you never have to leave! But if you do...there are many restaurants, beach stores, treats, and beverage options just a short walk away as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches where you can view spectacular sunsets or enjoy a family beach day! To help you do so, you will find beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon in the condo storage closet for your use! The gorgeous, wide Intercoastal waterway has public day docks for no charge should you embark on a boat or jet ski rental and the Harbourside Marina has slip rentals by calling the dock master there.

As a guest of the Harbourside Resort you can also take advantage of the Holiday Inn amenities next door, including miniature golf and a game room. A bike rental place is just a block away. The onsite water park with its lazy river is so much fun for kids and adults alike.

  The condo was immaculate and everything felt brand new. The view of the water was very nice, we actually saw dolphins. The water park is an elevator ride down and steps away from the condo. When you step out the front door, you have a great view of the park. The beach is about a four-minute walk and there is a coffee shop, CVS, and a few restaurants the same distance away. I would definitely stay here again.

  I have 10 children and travel often. I struggle to find places to stay that truly accommodate 12, in a comfortable and safe manner. This unit had so so many surprises. The unit looked exactly as advertised. It was immaculate. There were so many many dishes. Like more than enough for all of us which is so so rare. The little boys enjoyed just the right number of little toys and things for them. We were so impressed and surprised that there were plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, absolutely everything. When we opened the storage to see what was available for beach “stuff” I was again impressed. Chairs, wagon, toys, just perfect! The waterpark was amazing and the unit was beyond my expectations. We plan to make this unit our new Spring Break every year!

  Beautiful well-built, quiet and clean unit that we will rent again. The location is an easy walk of 2 blocks to the beach. No noise from the waterpark as the unit overlooks the sparkling inter-coastal waterway that is used by small yachts and boats. The outside entry door faces the waterpark which is at the far end of the 3 bedroom condo unit keeping the noise away from the unit. Also it is open 9am-6pm so no loud action at night. The water did not feel heated.
  
  Use the elevator 3 to the far right when pulling in the parking garage. They elevators (which can be slow at times) are not marked very well. There are no carts to carry items to the condo. Bring muscles!
  
  Reading book lights are needed as there are no overhead lights(other than kitchen/dining table)and the light bulbs in the lamps are low wattage. No alarm/bed clocks on the nightstands.
  
  The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. There are plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. Nice washer/dryer and side-by-side refrigerator. The coil electric stove big burner is crooked. There was low water pressure in the farmer kitchen sink which made it hard to rinse dishes and the sink area.
  
  Plenty of comfortable furniture and the unit has a nice sized dining table that can seat 8 easily.
  
  The patio (overlooking canal) has a table that seats 4, a double rocker and children's chairs.
  
  One block from the bus stop and CVS store. Lots of great eating establishments within a few blocks. Publix Grocery and a Neighborhood Wal-Mart are located 1.3 miles from the condo.
  
  John's Pass is south 20 minutes if you have a spare afternoon to shop/and dine on the outside patios overlooking the water. Full of action!
  
  Rent this unit - you will be thrilled! Five star in our opinion. We asked our teenagers (15, 17, 19, 19) if they preferred to stay at the beach next time or this condo - all confirmed this waterpark location was perfect and that it
