Seaclusion - NEW Luxurious and stunning Beachfront Townhome w/Elevator

This absolutely stunning Townhouse, directly on the sugar sand beaches of Redington Shores, has everything you can dream of in a vacation home! Great for a large family or a group of friends getaway! The home features an amazing state of the art open kitchen with a large island and all high end stainless GE kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a Keurig coffee maker, double ovens and a warming drawer in addition to all other standard appliances. The beautiful elegant dining area has seating for 10 plus there's a wet bar with 5 more stools for additional seating. The large living area features a 75 inch flat screen TV and opens up to a beach front balcony with rattan furniture and cocktail tables. Extremely comfortable bedding and an additional ottoman sleeper for extra space is just what you will be looking for after a long day playing on the beach!! The property features an elevator for easy access. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout with Google Wi-Fi.

3 of the bedrooms with king size beds have en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a great kids room with two sets of twin bunk beds. There's a bonus room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to another beach front balcony on top floor. All rooms are equipped with large LCD TV's.

A great game room on garage level featuring a pool table and a foosball table. It also opens up to a beach side sundeck with lounge chairs, picnic table and grill. What a great place to hang out and have fun with friends and family while enjoying the beach in the back yard!

Redington Shores is a quaint beach town with restaurants and stores in walking distance. You will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   We had an adult family gathering and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very nicely appointed from the furniture to the appliances.
  The 5th bedroom is not really a bedroom. It’s a sofa bed and a circular staircase away from the closest bathroom.
  It was described that way in the description, but easy to miss when looking for a true 5 bedroom. The crow’s nest sitting area just off the sofa-bed room was our favorite place to play cards at night.
  Overall, this is a beautiful, well cared for townhouse.

  Staying at Seaclusion was a terrific experience. The beach, sunsets, and property were all beautiful. Communication with the rental managers was good, they responded to my questions within a day. I would recommend this property, the group I was with even talked about renting it again in the future. The only downfall was that in my group we all drove to the property for vacation and we were only able to fit 3 cars in the driveway, so had to have the other truck parked around the corner.

  7 adult women spent 3 nights in this fabulous beachfront home. The premier location on the beach could not be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but we drove everywhere - at the most 15 minutes away. The elevator was a plus! The home was immaculate and had everything we could ask for. I can't say enough about this home except that I want to buy it. We didn't want to leave.

  Gorgeous townhome right on the pristine white beaches of N. Redington Shores. The property was was clean, in good condition, decorated tastefully and the ocean views from all three levels are amazing. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again sometime.

  We had a group of 12 guys get together for our friends Bachelor Party. The pictures don't do this place justice at all. Literally 20 steps to the beach. Perfect location. Far enough from the busy areas of Tampa and Clearwater beach, but close enough to do day excursions there. Highly recommend.

  This beautiful beach house has a perfect location. We were just steps away from the beach and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets. The house was comfortable and had all amenities that we needed. The large living room/dining area is perfect for large groups. Maximum 4 cars parking. We were able to walk to a beach side restaurant for dinner.
