Villa Madeira 406 Coastal, Beautifully Updated Beach Front Condo

The minute you walk in, you'll feel right at home at this bright condo with brand new flooring and classy light decor. The newly updated kitchen, and comfortable furniture make this a great spot for a beach vacation. Both bathrooms are bright and updated. Watch the famous Florida sunsets from the privacy of your large screened in balcony, or, relax by the sparkling beachside pool, heated in the winter. You are also within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Free wireless internet service and free assigned parking is available. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private, screened in balconies. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Direct beach access, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!!

  Ferierte med familien i oktober måned. Vi var 5 voksen, leiligheten passet perfekt for oss med 3 greie soverom. (Det går også greit å være 6 stykker)
  Beliggenheten med stranden 4 meter fra bygge, greie solsenger tilhørende leiligheten og et greit basseng var bare helt perfekt. Skal en pirke på noe kunne nok eier ha oppdatert antallet og utvalget av glass samt noe av kjøkkenutstyret.
  Stor og fin leilighet som vi koste oss masse i.

  The condo was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you would need. We would not hestitate to stay there again if the owners would purchase good mattresses. The beds were very uncomfortable which made our stay unpleasant! The bedding in the two smaller bedrooms is old and skirts are ripped. The owners need to clean up their own personal things that are stuffed under all the beds and take up most of the closet space. The mold in the master bathroom has not been resolved. All in all this would be a 5 star condo if these problems would be resolved. We loved the condo and the facilities!

  This was a great experience and I highly recommend. Great spot overlooking the beach within relative close proximity to great restaurants and John's Pass. Recommend a drive to the St. Pete pier and Salvador Dali museum. Place was very clean and well maintained. Big high def TV if you want to stay in and watch a movie! Resort Rentals was great and very friendly to work with.

  Great condo with plenty of room and well equipped. The only negative was that I called the number on the brochure in the lobby for beach service and they indicated that they could only setup 7 stations and that they were all reserved. I thought this was odd since there are 50 units in this building. Thankfully, Resort Rentals had some chairs and umbrella we could use for a small deposit. The only hassle was driving to their office to pick them up.

  Villa Madeira is the perfect location for beach access, beautiful sunsets, and walking and easy driving distance to numerous places. We’ve stayed here twice, both times for 7-8 days and will be coming back as often as possible. The condo we stayed at this time was beautifully maintained, had lots of amenities (beach chairs, appliances, washer/dryer, etc.), and private. The entire grounds are well kept, quiet, and secure. Love it here!
