  Overall I had a positive experience at the Madeira Bay Resort. My family of 4 had plenty of space, the condo was attractive and clean. The Marina view balcony. quick access to the beach and John's Pass were our highlights. Negatives were finding the lobby to get parking pass and closing the door lock. A later check out time would have been ideal as well.

  I wouldn't describe the unit as Brand New, but uncluttered decor and high ceilings are nice. Bed was comfortable. Sinks and fridge were clean. There were beach chairs and towels, although we didn't use them. Condo was supplied with what we needed. Cleaning crew could do better-I felt the floor was sticky and wiped the kitchen and bathroom floors. Dust on the pendent lights. Inside of master bathroom door at the bottom had something splashed on it. Location is great being so close to John's Pass and some restaurants. Unit was quiet except for 2 separate fire alarms which continue in the unit and outside in the hall until the fire dept. comes to reset them. Luckily they were at 7pm and about 11am, not sleeping.

  My granddaughters and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was complete with everything we needed including beach towels, and chairs. We loved being on the marina side and the beach was right across the street. The condo is next to John's Pass which was very convenient for shopping and dining. We had a problem with sofa bed but the condo managers sent someone right away to fix it. They were very nice to work with. The only thing I would like to add is it would have been nice to have some little hand soaps to get us started before we went to the store, and some large coffee mugs. Mugs provided were very small. We will definitely visit again.

  Fantastic location! Convenient walking distance to all things fun & interesting. Couple of minutes to:
  beach, bars, restaurants, John's Pass Boardwalk, water sports, etc. Peaceful mornings on the balcony overlooking the boat slips (its nice that this unit faces the bay instead of the busy, loud road). Having beach chairs & beach towels was a really great benefit! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
  
  Cons: The sheets/beds are not very comfortable...mostly due to water-proof protector on the pillows & mattresses (necessary in a rental unit).

  1505 was very clean and well appointed. It had a nice relaxing view of the harbor and was close to the action at Johns Pass but still peaceful and away from it all. Beach was across the street. It has two really nice beach chairs.

  We absolutely LOVED 1505! From the moment we walked in. Everything was communicated really well to us regarding entry. I was even able to text the management (which is easier for me then email) and they got back to me within a really short time frame! SUPER CLEAN very cozy, my daughter absolutely loved the bunk beds and the tub! The view is GORGEOUS. We got to see dolphins from our balcony. You get a view of the marina, the ocean, a pool, the sunrise each morning. Gorgeous windows in the master bedroom (with blackout curtains) made the stay extra luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. From beach towels to pool towels to laundry, we were able to really feel at home and stay comfortable. And for a great price. I will absolutely be heading back to 1505 in particular!
  We were easily able to access multiple restaurants when we needed, plus the free shuttle was super helpful as we didn’t want to rent a car! We went to the grocery store which was a super easy fast ride away, multiple times to utilize the awesome amenities in the condos kitchen. It’s the quickest walk to the beach too! The condo really sets you up with beach goodies for your adventures. Chairs equipped with straps and pockets for carrying your essentials. You just cross Gulf Blvd and you’re there.
  I would totally recommend this condo to ANYONE! And we can’t wait to come back!
