This 3300 square feet luxury beach house is perfect for larger families looking for a private retreat stocked with all the amenities necessary to host and entertain or sit back and enjoy the Florida sunshine.


Treasure Island is coastal town approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. The region is a haven for boaters, beach-goers, shoppers, tennis players, golfers and nature enthusiasts.

This amply-appointed home is ideally situated for those looking to relax outside and soak up the sun. The Hidden Treasure boasts a pool (pool heat is optional), a hot tub - no jets and a downstairs bath. A real highlight is the covered outside kitchen with a bar, grill and seating for everyone. Best of all, the home is sitting right on white sand beaches of Treasure Island. Other amenities include a large 2 car garage, firepit, ping pong table, fishing poles and beach toys. Free WiFi available.

The interior offers extensive space and open rooms perfect for family gatherings! The gourmet kitchen includes a full stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar and 2 large dining areas. There are a total of 4 beach front balconies with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, two on the main level and two on the upper level.

The family friendly home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and 2 pull-out sofas. One of the bedrooms is on the main level, the other four are located on the upper level of the home. The Hidden Treasure features a large master bedroom with a comfortable King sized bed and an attached area with a chaise lounge. Both, the master bedroom and one of the guest suites feature balconies with tranquil views of the lush landscape and the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities at this gorgeous home include flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, living room and the rec room downstairs, a laundry room with a washer and dryer and lots of closet space in all bedrooms. Please note that the inside fireplace is non operating.

Please note that no large parties, weddings or gatherings are allowed. We recommend you add pool heat between November and mid April (optional $35/day).

Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches!   This home is absolutely beautiful. You will be blown away by the coastal views. The balconies are a dream come true, and the pool area is amazing. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. HOWEVER, for the price of this rental I would’ve expected a little bit of help from the property managers. We couldn’t find lights in several of the bedrooms when we arrived, on a Saturday evening, so I called. You can’t get an actual person, you have to leave a message and wait for a private number to call you back. I wait, and when they call me back, I’m told my call didn’t qualify as an emergency, and that I’d have to wait until Monday during business hours to be taken care of. Mind you, we had no overhead lights in several of the rooms. We later found this to be a remote issue, which wasn’t explained anywhere. A page in each room with instructions would’ve been very helpful. Multiple remotes had dead batteries. And there were several bulbs shot in the overhead fixtures. I reached out to management via message on VRBO and was told that they would send the property manager there. He never arrived. We spent half of our vacation with strobe like blinking lights in the master bathroom - I suppose something had shorted in the dimmers or the fixture, but the property manager never showed up. We got ready in the dark in that room because you couldn’t turn the lights on. And for what we paid, things like that simply should not occur, or at least should be met with care from the managers. A complete lack of assistance and communication from the property managers. To the owners- protect your investment and find a new company, before they ruin your beautiful home!!

  We enjoyed our stay at the house. Only draw backs were it is on the main street so backing out into the street was a little scary. Trimming the bushes would really help with this. The pool is shaded so you will need to go to the beach to get that tan.

  Our family of 12 had a great stay! The house and pool were very nice. Location was ideal. The house was clean. We were pleased to find a Pack N Play at the house, which saved us from renting or buying one. Resort management was responsive to inquiries before and during the trip. We recommend brighter lighting in the bedrooms and additional glassware and silverware. Recommend this house for family vacations! The beach was a short walk away.

  Overall a great experience. Home was clean and in working order, the staff was attentive. Location was perfect and the beach and pool were enjoyed by everyone. My one negative comment was we asked specifically if there was a pack and play or crib available for our infant and the staff was prompt in saying NO. So we rented and had it delivered to the home (all which was an easy experience) -- however, there definitely was a Graco pack and play in the closet that would have been nice to use instead of the hassle and expense of renting.

  I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Hidden Treasure. This house was used for a small wedding weekend. From the moment we walked in the door we knew it was the right choice. The staff of resort rentals had a gift bag with champagne and fluted glasses, balloon, and a card signed by everyone in the office. The house was immaculate and each room had an amazing Gulf view. The patio with outdoor bar area was perfect for our reception and there was a clear walkway from the back of the house to the gulf of Mexico, which made walking out to the ceremony just perfect. All the guests felt relaxed and said that it was the perfect way to have a beach wedding. I highly recommend this location and house to have a reunion or reception. It was spacious and comfortable.   It was a wonderful family vacation at Hidden Treasure (Treasure Island Florida). The shaded pool is magnificent and house itself is like something out of the "Rich and Famous". We were there two weeks in August and all of our children and grandchildren came to visit. The Treasure Island beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Resort Rentals kept the property and pool clean and also was there on Garbage days to take the canisters to the curb. I give them 5 Stars and the property.

  The views from this rental were breathtaking and more than I expected. It almost feels like you’re on a tropical island! The house was very spacious and accommodating. It is a bit difficult to not rise with the sun as there are lots of spaces for natural light (part of what you get with the views). The pool is nearly full shade...which I can imagine is very welcomed when it is hot. The walk to the beach was amazingly convenient. We could literally talk to our kids on the beach from the house! & the hammock/fire pit area was a super serene area. We also enjoyed the added entertainment area in the garage. Ooh and being able to park your car in the garage is a small thing, but super convenient. We used shipt for groceries and door dash for a lot of our food, which is a pro to a vacation rental location. It was very convenient to restaurants, stores, & dessert places. We didn’t want to leave on our check out day!
