This luxurious 2300 square feet beach front condo at the La Contessa Condo Resort on Redington Beach has been beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. Ceramic tile flooring throughout the large living room, dining area, kitchen and the hallway. The amazing fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and updated appliances. The open floor plan let’s you enjoy a breathtaking view on to the Gulf of Mexico from the second you walk in. The living room has very comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV. The large master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closet, a large flat screen TV and an amazing master bath. Both, living- and master bedroom have access to the large beach front balcony. Comfortable furniture and a seating area on the balcony let you enjoy the famous Florida sunsets! The master bathroom is equipped with a garden tub, spacious shower and double sinks. The second bedroom features another king sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. Another great feature of your rental is a cabana with pool/beach toys, a refrigerator and a wet bar. More amenities include private elevators and garage parking, two heated pools, hot tub/spa, jacuzzi, cabanas, lounge tables, tiki hut, a 250 feet private pier, and a BBQ facility.

John’s Pass Village is just a few miles South of La Contessa. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches! Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the La Contessa a great vacation choice!

  We loved our stay at La Contessa. Our only complaint really is the lack of a welcome packet or clear communication regarding arrival/departure, parking, etc. We received an email with various codes we needed to access our unit and other areas of the property, but never received anything else. We are used to a welcome packet being on the counter (or picking one up somewhere) with info about our stay and in this case there was none. We did have a few minor issues during our stay and for the most part they were handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
