Mariner's Pointe 202 - Lots of amenities! Amazing updates! Steps to beach!

This bright and very tastefully decorated condo is located at Mariner's Pointe in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. Living area, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen, all overlooking a wonderful outdoor patio. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the wildlife for a great start to your day. The Master bedroom with a comfy King Sized Bed opens up to the balcony as well. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Queen Sized Bed plus Twin Sized Bunk beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and a full size washer/dryer in the condo.

Amenities include a 1 car garage, 5 bicycles, and 2 kayaks. The beach is within easy walking distance just across the street. You can also relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book at the beautiful, sparkling pool (heated in the winter) on site. If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing pier at the property.

Indian Shores is quaint beach community offering a variety of shops, stores and a beautiful sugar sand beach!

You will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Indian Shores is a small beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg to the South and Clearwater to the North, cities loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. You won’t run out of things to do here!

  Everything was great, the location was fantastic and everything was well thought out. Having said that, we had agreed for a late checkout at 3pm, which the landlord agreed to. On our last morning they call and said that there will be a new person coming in today, and that we have to be out by 10am, which at the time was 20 minutes left for us. We gave them another call and they agreed to 11pm, which is fine, but still a very uncomfortable feeling and an inhospitable attitude.

  This condo is beautiful! It had everything we could of needed and more. Vest, sand toys, chairs, bikes, kayaks, and had extra beach towels!! I think the topper was seeing the dolphins right out back of the condo off the pier! The owner was actually there when we arrived and was very helpful! I took a business card when we left because if we ever return back to Indian shores I’d be excited to stay here again!!
