Sea Breeze 401 - Amazing Beach Front/Walk to John's Pass!

This gorgeous South West Corner Condo at desirable Sea Breeze has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the wide sandy beach of Madeira Beach. The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is with over 1400 sq.ft. very spacious and comfortably accommodates a group or family of 6. Very unique set up with 2 balconies, one facing West overlook the Gulf and one facing the Intra-Coastal Waterway. This condo has many updates and the owners have done a wonderful job decorating. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal for the family. Great amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ area and laundry facilities.

The Sea Breeze is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Direct beach access, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!!

  The condo was spacious and the view was amazing, especially the sunsets. The location was ideal to John's Pass and a few restaurants. The only negative is the unit did not have a washer/dryer inside the unit but they are on the floor. Luckily we caught this and brought plenty of clothing. We would definitely stay here again

  I was very pleased with this rental. It was clean and had lots of space throughout. The views are great from this room and its nice to be right on the beach. Parking was amazing and the location to come and go from this area is so easy. It was nice to have laundry just a few steps away, The pool could be a little bigger but it was clean and very well kept.I would absolutely stay here again.

  This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze and we love it. The beach at this spot is great, location to shops, convenient and grocery stores is easy to get too. The little things like a garbage shoot in the hallway is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the beach that we couldn’t easily pack for our flight.
  
  There’s only 2 things we don’t like about Sea Breeze that the condo owners should bring up at their meetings and that’s gate access. I get you want to restrict only those staying there to use the facility, and this makes sense to enter the pool area however to enter and exit the beech area is a pain especially when it’s next door to public beech access, anyone can go in and out the facility without using the gate, we often went that route rather then dealing with the code as our hands are full. It also doesn’t make any sense to require the code to leave the pool area, you wouldn’t be in there if you didn’t use it to get in and if you weren’t supposed to be there you’d just hop over the gate. Trying to leave the pool area when it’s dark you’ll need a flash light to find the letters and numbers for the code entry. The other complaint is the single elevator and how horribly slow it is. Everyone’s always waiting. If your not carrying a lot then I highly recommend the stairs, at least going down.

  Two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen, right on the water. Not super fancy, but it was clean. Didn’t have paper products like paper towels or toilet paper more than the one roll in each bathroom. Also no dish soap or dishwasher soap. However, the pool and hot tub were great for our kids and the distance to the beach was unbeatable.

  The condo was in the perfect location as we were able to walk most places or have on a short drive. The place needs some repairs and updating and we needed things like dish soap to wash dishes in the cabinets that were dirty. Overall it did the job but for the money I expected it to be more clean and furnished. It was nice having the beach chairs, boogie boards, and cart.

  We loved the location and the grounds were very nice, pool, hot tub ect but the unit was very outdated and not very clean. Shower curtain in master bath had about 3 inches of mold along the bottom. All of the vents were filthy with dust and rust. The chain on the door fell off the first time we opened the door, definitely would not have helped with safety at all. If you are planning to do any cooking this would not be the unit for you, kitchen was not very well equipped. Beach chairs and beach equipment was provided and that is nice but those also needed updating. No start up supplies. carpet was stained. Very disappointed in the unit but loved the proximity to restaurants and Johns Pass. Beaches were beautiful and very clean

  Last minute get away, booking was easy. Smooth check in after hours with keyless entry on condo. No keys to share or lose. Perfect beach location, close to restaurants without much traffic. Condo is in need of some updating but it was clean and comfortable.   However there were no beach towels in the unit and the Master bedroom was very warm although we kept the blinds shut the whole time we were there.
