"Serenity By The Sea" is a 3 story beachfront townhome that will take your breath away. The bedrooms are located on the two upper levels and each level has their own loft. The 3rd floor has a foosball table and media room for the entire family or a group of friends to enjoy.

The first level features a charming, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinets and a gas range. A large dining area and a spacious living room open up to your back yard lanai. There you'll find a sparkling, non-heated pool, a picnic area with a gas grill, hammock, comfy chairs to relax and, of course, the beautiful white sandy beach! PLEASE NOTE: The non-heated pool is shared with the adjoining townhouse.

  This was our second visit to this location! The best part is this townhouse is just steps to the beach. You can sit on back porch and enjoy the beach breeze! Also, I could watch my grandchildren when they were in the pool and still enjoy the beach breezes and views! The views from the house were amazing. The house is very comfortable and spacious! A couple of negative comments are: Because of public beach access near the house, people would set up umbrellas and tents directly in front of the house. The beach was much busier this year. Also when sharing the townhouse with another family, you aren't sure what these people will be like. Two family members who were staying in the attached townhouse became intoxicated and was throwing up beside the pool and on the beach. Their younger children were in the pool as well as my young grandchildren. These people left the first of the week and the next family that came in were fine. It is just a chance you have to take. Overall this is one of the best places for a beach vacation!

  We rented both townhouses for a week and the kids and grandkids stayed in this one. It is nicely decorated and works perfectly for a large family. The pool is a nice feature but because of all the trees it was always full of pine cones and needles. the kids didn't mind though. The sunset view is spectacular. If I could change anything, it would be to improve the outdoor living space. it is a little tight for hanging out and the space outside the pool area could be better utilized.

  Amazing location! Very happy with our stay. House had everything you need for perfect beach vacation - had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and more! Only thing is we could never get ice maker to work - not sure if broke or user error getting it to come on; also many bed pillows and all couch pillows are extremely old and dirty looking and really need replacing; porch railing facing pool is very loose so kept kids away. Otherwise great time!

  We went in May. The pool is in the shade (need to clean pine needles 2x a day) and thus quite cool. The beach is right there! The chairs on the covered deck are all high which makes a good view, but hard on your knees. There are only 2 adarondack chairs for this property, but 6 for the adjacent one. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One without windows. The other has a great view. There are 2 sets of stairs for the 3rd floor. The Spiral one goes through a sitting room and the long one throught the large bedroom. Both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor with a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. Enjoyed our stay. It worked for us and we would return again. Clean, convenient, and on the beach. There is a soft spot at the top of th spiral staircase that needs replaced before someone falls through...
