Cottages at Madeira Beach #7-Dolphin - Pet friendly and close to beach!

The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Famous John's Pass Village with Restaurants, Shopping, Live Entertainment, Water Sports, Sightseeing Boat trips and Dolphin Sightings from the Boardwalk is just a short stroll away.

  Was more than pleasant it was a great location best part was my 2 dogs were welcome got to come along, friendly staff check-in was great from start to finish. Beach access was less than 2 min walking John’s pass 10 min walk will stay there again next summer.

  the tv system is not user friendly. too many remotes and no access to regular cable. There was a smell coming from the bathroom septic.

  Was a cute place to stay with very close beach access! Clean and cozy and in a great location! Only complaint is limited parking but that seems to be the theme along the beaches. Everything was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to a friend!

  The place was in a nice location, and clean. As a pet friendly place it would have been nice to know that the beaches are NOT pet friendly. other than that the management were very accommodating. The pool was closed for repair longer than the management had hoped, as a result we decided to cut our stay short, We were promptly credited for the unused portion of our stay.

  The stay was good because it was a 4-day getaway. Hopefully the owners will see this and maybe hire me to make their cottages absolutely beautiful. The cottages are becoming rundown and need some TLC!! The outdoor furniture is moldy, the outside of the cottages need repair. Someone with insight needs to update the cottages, the bathroom was not user friendly. The cottages COULD be so cute - if mine I would be on top of everything. Close to beach, close to shops and restaurants. Just not up to today standards. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, bathrooms need updating, outdoor furniture replaces and after that close attention paid to upkeep. I would LOVE to own an adorable place. Hire me, I will update, clean up, and make your place absolutely the best. Give me funds and a salary and get you back on track and keep after your housekeepers and you will have a true oasis in Mad Beach.

  Enjoyed every second of our stay. The only problem we had was getting into the water on Madeira Beach due to jellyfish floating through and coming ashore for the first couple days, some kind of migration thing, so we spent time in the pool, which was great.

  Nice place to stay. Not big but had everything you needed. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. I brought my dog to most of those places. Everyone was very friendly. The beach across the street wasn’t dog friendly, but we did sneak him in a night. 🤫 He loved it! The dog park, Fort DeSoto was nice. Very busy on weekend. During the week better. About 25 minute drive from the cottage. All in all a nice get away. Only one electrical outlet in master bedroom worked. The tv in there had no power. Was ok, the one in common area worked. I would go back. It’s not like a motel, smaller of course. I don’t like to be around a lot of people so it was nice.
