Cottages at Madeira Beach #5-Sea Crab - Pet friendly, close to beach!

The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Famous John's Pass Village with Restaurants, Shopping, Live Entertainment, Water Sports, Sightseeing Boat trips and Dolphin Sightings from the Boardwalk is just a short stroll away.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the cottages. They are extremely small and there were a couple of maintenance issues but, nothing to make us not want to go back. The cottages are reasonably priced as well.You can easily Uber from the airport. John’s Pass and the ocean are within a ten minute walk so you can easily go without a car rental. I am definitely looking forward for our next stay.

  We rented 3 cottages. They were all clean and very cute. My only complaint was that cottage 4 floors were soft and spongey. Actually felt like you could put your foot thru it. We would definitely stay here again.

  Be prepared for tiny home living. It was tight quarters even with only two people but when you spend most of your time outside, it really doesn’t matter. The public access entrance to the beach is so close, you don’t even really need to pack a bag, just walk back to the cottage! Cottages are relatively private, very clean on arrival (thanks, Rosie!) and have just about everything you might need. The rental management company was very quick to help with any questions or concerns (shout out to Maureen who took my sometimes daily calls). We stayed for a whole month and would love to come back. There were a few long-term regular renters in the other cottages who were fantastic friendly neighbors that welcomed us into the fold. The pool was a peaceful oasis and we made use of it everyday.

  The pool area was amazing and the other occupants were great! The beach was a hop skip and a jump. I loved our tiny cottage. You must walk to the candy store about 3 blocks away.

  Great place to stay..location was perfect.I rented 3 cottages for a family vacation with our 2 sons and there families. I had to contact the office to find out about check in as we were coming in after 9 pm..I was told it was easy, just get the envelope from wooden box at the office and the codes were in there.
  found out when we got to the cottages that the office was a few miles away which is where we get the codes from. Pictures on the Web show the office on the property so I feel there should be an email in advance giving info. I gave 3 stars for being clean because the floors needed to be mopped..socks or feet got filthy, rest of the cottage was clean and comfortable.

Even though it is not directly on the beach it really is an ideal location in Madeira Beach and we are glad that it worked for your group! We are so sorry for any confusions that may have come up with your late arrival. I do see that we sent over our information as the property management company in mid October providing you with our location and contact info, as well as a welcome letter the week prior to your arrival that had that information on as well. Our office is off site and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. The "office" on the property is actually just a storage area and not used by personnel and again, we are so sorry for any misunderstanding with that. Thank you so much for being our guest and we hope to have you back for a future visit.

  Cottage floor slanted. Had a coffee table too big for area. Shower very small. Bed was comfortable but too big for room. Conveniently located and very cute but this is not on the beach and you have to cross a four lane street.

It's true, this property is across the street from the beach and we do not advertise it as a beachfront location so we are sorry if you had any other impression. These cottages are cute and quaint, not overly large but perfect for this spot. We are sorry if they did not meet your needs.
