The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Famous John's Pass Village with Restaurants, Shopping, Live Entertainment, Water Sports, Sightseeing Boat trips and Dolphin Sightings from the Boardwalk is just a short stroll away.

  Previously stayed at the place we rented. When we arrived the place was under renovation and not available. Had to move to another cottage for the first night. Then was moved to a different location in a condo 1.5 miles away from where we booked. At the first location we booked everything was within walking distance so we didn't have a car. So after we got moved, we had to walk 1.5 miles to where our friends and family were staying. 2X a day. Definitely an inconvenience.

  Keyless entry is so easy.
  Beach is just across the street (push button light for pedestrians to cross street.

  We arrived to find a cute and cozy cottage. Liked having our own little patio. We loved the accessibility to Johns Pass and the beach, all within easy walking distance. Madeira Beach Seafood Festival was going on while we were there. So fun with the vendors, food, and music.

  Upon arrival we entered our turtle cottage with ease using our 4 digit code that was emailed to us the day of arrival. Cottage was clean well equipped and convenient to area activities. Quiet little street off main road. Small but adequate pool to cool off in. Lots of chairs and tiki hut to shadee. Cookers tables chairs just outside our unit. Overall we loved our stay.

  We have been going to the Cottages at Madero Beach coming up on 10 years and have always had a very enjoyable stay. Great location and have friends that also come every year and it’s great to see them year after year. Getting out of the cold in Wisconsin makes it even that much better.

  the only issue we had was the doors did not have dead bolts. our dog could open the lever type door handles so we had to barricade the doors all the time we were inside, the tv cable had issues a few times. and only a third of the channels listed in the welcome book you have onsite.

  For our staycations, we always rented from properties where there was a owner/manager present. Was a little leery of this, in case something happened. Not a concern at all, property clean and safe, extremely comfortable, managing company super nice and accommodating. We happened to leave pillows behind and David was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to pick them up without any trouble. One thing, we arrived on a rainy day and would have been nice to have sports channels to watch on TV, since we have not been able to watch any in so long. Maybe you could get a limited package for those rainy evenings.
