Cottages at Madeira Beach #6-Manatee - Pet friendly, close to beach!

The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Famous John's Pass Village with Restaurants, Shopping, Live Entertainment, Water Sports, Sightseeing Boat trips and Dolphin Sightings from the Boardwalk is just a short stroll away.

  The cottage was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was reliable, location is awesome. If you are very tall, be aware that cottage 6 has a very low ceiling in part of the residence.

  We stayed in cottage #6. Perfect place for the 3 of us. The neighbors were very friendly. Neighborhood was quiet. The beach was a short walk across the street. Walking distance to John's pass.

  The cottages are very quaint! They are small but have all you need, clean, nice property, on site free washer/dryer is a plus, pool is small but nice. Only complaint sofa bed mattress was terrible, no padding, just springs.

  We were very happy with the property, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, sofa sleeper needed to be updated mattress was very worn, the chair sleeper was comfy newer mattress and extra support no sagging. The kitchen was sufficient to what we needed. Pool was cleaner and refreshing a little smaller than expect, location is great its about 2 minute walk to beach, same to johns pass, trolley stop is just around the corner if head to clearwater(much better than trying to park there) and $5 lets you ride all day.

  Great location. Very short to the beach and to the boardwalk. Parked the car upon arrival and didn’t need to drive until departure. Cottage was clean and well stocked. Very quiet around the complex.

  I won’t lie I was a little worried as I’ve never stayed in such a rental but was very pleased with cleanliness, supplies (but need to let tenants know beach supplies are in laundry room) so close to all accommodations except groceries but that’s easy to get to with an Uber! I’m returning at the beginning of august and looking at staying here if available and price is right!!!

  We loved this little gem of a beach cottage. If your looking for a cookie cutter hotel with little character and parking 20 mins away then this isnt for you ! This little cottage has charm galore. A quick walk to the beach or John's Pass makes it very convienent. private parking spot right next to the cottage makes unpacking etc so easy. The pool area is a sweet oasis. The bed was soo comfortable too ! The real unexpected treat was meeting our neighbors that have the desire to stay at a charming unique place. We made several new friends !

  Our cottage was spotless, bed was comfortable, kitchen was great, location was perfect. I was a little disappointed in a few small things that are easy to fix and would make the property so much better. The handle on the toilet didn't work properly, the wall a/c unit leaked really bad and we had to use large bowels to collect the water. The pool area was small and needs to cleaned, the water was low that other guests added water. The whole area needed a power washer, some flowers, simple things that would make it look better. The washing machine had mold growing in it.

  Manatee was a cute little cottage to stay in. Great location and easy walk to beach. Only issue was fold out bed was super uncomfortable, but I've rarely found one that was comfortable. A memory foam topper might improve that but we were literally laying on spring.
