Cottages at Madeira Beach #4-Octopus, Close to Everything!

The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

Famous John's Pass Village with Restaurants, Shopping, Live Entertainment, Water Sports, Sightseeing Boat trips and Dolphin Sightings from the Boardwalk is just a short stroll away.

  Nice little place. Reminds me of a free standing hotel room. Very convenient location. Cute pool and community. Only suggestion would be to add a dresser by the closet inside of a sitting chair so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases. Other than that, we would absolutely return!

  Super dog friendly. Easy to take your dog in and out without disrupting others. Places to walk. We stay in Maderia Beach multiple times a year but first time at the cottages. Would definitely go back! Only thing missing in our cottage was a dresser or more storage for clothing. Other than that it was ideal for us.

  The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. The best part was our dog was able to come and stay here. The location is perfect. The management made sure we had everything we needed. Walking distance to most every thing. Beach is a short walk. Already planning another trip and will definitely stay here.

  This was my second visit to The Cottages at Madeira Beach. The location is fantastic. It's close to the pristine beach and a quick walk to shops and restaurants at John's Pass. The pool area is lovely with new chairs since my last visit. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site as well as beach chairs and beach toys.A number of the cottages have been updated in the last two years. This place is a gem!

  Excellent location. Right across road from beach. Relaxing pool area. Friendly guests in other cottages on property. Only 7 cottages on property which was nice. Cottage 4 needs some maintenance. Loud critters in ceiling and walls kept us awake at night. Window in bathroom has no privacy coating. Neighbors can look in. Some floor boards weak.

  We had a wonderful stay in Cottage #4. The location to the beach, pool and laundry facilities can’t be beat. We would definitely stay again! The only suggestion we would have is to add ventilation/fan to the bathroom.
