Land's End 204 building 4 Water front/Large Pool/Steps to beach access!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The stunning waterfront view from the private balcony and master bedroom is absolutely wonderful- you’ll never want to leave! Fire up a home cooked meal in the beautifully renovated, fully equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast table & dining table. Beautiful gated community, washer and dryer in the condo for your use, free wifi, comfortable furnishings and so much more! Free assigned parking underneath the building. Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Being a gated community at the end of the Island, Land’s End will truly allow you to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get that much needed R&R, yet you will still be close to all that you need to make this a perfect vacation destination.

  The property location is awesome but our unit 204 was very old and outdated. My sister stayed in 202 in the same time, and her unit which was nice and modern.

  This was our second stay at Lands End this year. We stayed in building 3 in June. The beach, pool, and hot tub are near by with pool between condo and beach so you can go back and forth easily depending which you prefer at the moment. Its a security gated community with cameras and they make rounds so you are safe. For food and drinks you will need transportation. There is live music across the water way until 10 pm. Its 15 minute drive to actually go there though. It's nice to sit on the balcony waterside and listen to the music at the end of each day. The unit is clean and has all the pots, pans, and dishes you would need. There is also grills if you want to make burgers or dogs beside the shuffle boards. The door jam was a little tight making key entry difficult. Had to get the key turned all the way to the right and pull back on the door. Resort Rentals said they would have someone check it out. The condos are at the end of beach before the water way so beach isn't very crowded because you can only enter from one side. Board walk had some damages on one side from the recent tropical storm but that was already under repair. You can see dolphins and fish from the balcony swimming. Nice vacation spot and sunsets on the beach are amazing. Only recommendation I would make is car for transportation outside of condo area which we did on both visits.
