NEWLY UPDATED AND ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Land’s End has undergone a full renovation and is absolutely stunning! The kitchen has been completely redone with all new stainless steal appliance and granite counter tops, both bathrooms have been updated and feature walk in showers, new flooring has been put down throughout the entire condo, all new furnishings....nothing has been missed here! This condo is direct Beachfront with your own private balcony to take in the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every night, you will NOT be disappointed! Building #10 is located next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   This is my third time using Resort Rentals for a unit at Lands End. It is my favorite community in this area. Quiet, removed and feels private. So if you are looking for things to walk to like restaurants and shopping - this is not it. This unit is outstanding. It looks just like the pictures, well-stocked and well cared for.   The condo was beautiful and well kept. The size of the condo and rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The location in conjunction to the Gulf and pool were awesome! The beds were harder than we'd like, but we brought extra blankets to fluff them up a bit. The condo was well equipped with very nice appliances, electronics, and full size washer/dryer.
  We'd highly recommend this particular building and unit at Lands End, Treasure Island to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat on the Gulf of Mexico. We'd love to go back ASAP!

  The condo was a great place for our family of four. It was updated, the kitchen was well stocked, and the air conditioner worked well. We liked how parking was right under the rooms, which made it convenient to come & go, plus it was covered. The beach was long and the buildings were spaced out enough so that beach wasn't too crowded. There are lots of shells though which were a little rough on the feet in certain areas. Check in was easy too. Overall it was clean, however the shower curtain in the 2nd bath had brown drip stains on it, which was sort of gross, and some appliances in the kitchen were rather dusty, and the coffee maker had definitely not been washed (brown water coffee residue in pot still). Otherwise things were would've been nice to have had some chairs, umbrellas, etc, stocked in the room, but we brought our own anyways. We'd stay there again!

  The condo was spotless and beautiful. Decorated nicely. Close to beach and parking. You don’t get a good view of the beach but you can watch the parasails, boats that are just off shore. Bring some ear plugs. If the unit above have kids playing or adults moving furniture til midnight lol, you can hear it very good. We plan on staying again at this unit sometime next year. Beaches are not crowded either. Very nice place. Pleasant Staff as well.

  Fabulously finished beachfront condo. Spent the holidays soaking up the sun and enjoying this modern escape. Community lined the streets with luminaries Christmas Eve. Dedicated parking spot, onsite pool, beach right across the lawn. It is at lands end so the beach was not crowded. You can walk to a beachfront bar/restaurant with a 20 minute stroll along the beach. The family wants to make a return trip.
