This 2bd/2ba condo is on the 3rd floor facing directly west so that you can see every awesome sunset while sitting on your private balcony. This condo has had some nice updates done, is super comfortable to accommodate up to 5, has a king sized bed in the master with balcony access, fully stocked and ready for your next beach vacation!! Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Everyday surfaces were very clean, only hold back from 5-stars was accumulated dust on fans and light fixtures...easily overlooked on tight weekly turnaround but it was a pretty thick layer. Overall, it was a terrific experience and a highly recommended rental unit!!

  The condo was very clean, well maintained and had everything you could possibly want from kitchen to beach. Not the flashiest of finishes but a very comfortable atmosphere.   Great condo! The location is great. There a lot of great places to eat in the area. The view is amazing. The beach was not crowded-very relaxing! Contactless check in and check out went smoothly.   Beautiful spacious condo on the beach with amazing beach views. The condo had all you need for a perfect beach get-away: fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, etc. The rain-like shower in the master bedroom will spoil you. Nice cushioned furniture on the balcony. There is nothing not to like. The bed in the master bedroom is extra firm which was good for my back. Overall, i highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay on the beach.

  This is a beautiful beach and feels very private compared to other beaches. The condo was nice. Could have used more kitchen gadgets and tools (there is certainly room with lots of empty cabinets). The bed is not comfortable and had very rough sheets. We had several items that were broken (guest room didn’t lock, toilet paper holder in master room was broken) and the garbage disposal stopped working but that was addressed quickly by maintenance. Overall, a nice place, reasonably priced and quiet area.

  My wife and I were in unit 304, building 7, a beach front two bedroom. The pictures on line were spot on. The view is great. Love the huge walk in showers, both of them. One with a rainforest shower head and one a standard shower head. We enjoyed several walks on the boardwalk. It was pretty cool for our week but I did manage to get in the heated pool while my wife made fun. The security team was nice, the grounds and the unit were spotless. This complex is very well maintained.

  Loved the location. Have traveled to this area for years. The weather was awesome, loved the privacy, and close to many good restaurants. The condo at Lands End was wonderful. Would stay there again. The only disappointment was that we were to have the condo at 3 pm and could not enter until 3:45 pm due to cleaning ladies still cleaning. I must say, after a long trip down there, that really started our vacation off on the wrong foot. After that, all was well. The Rental Property should be more aware of this occurring.
