This well-kept, updated and spacious condo has a lovely FL feel throughout with in room washer/dryer, stunning wood flooring, newer furnishings and fully stocked for your beach vacation! Private balcony stretching off of the living room and your master bedroom! Land's End is a gated community located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

  The condo was clean and bigger in person than the pictures show. The view and proximity to the ocean were perfect. The pool was clean. The only suggestion I have is to change from using a key to a digital keypad. Every other condo on that floor had digital keypads. This would eliminate the need to pick up a key and drop it off at a different location. I would stay with my family of 4 again. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys too!

  Had a perfect week and perfect weather for October. Condo was perfectly located in the right place. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet and we purchased floats and left there for future vacationers. Would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to trim down the bushes in front of the condo because they do block the direct view being on the 2nd floor. Loved the unit though.

  Great location, quite secluded building, hardly any traffic. No issues at all. If I wanted to nitpick, I would say that the unit could use some updating - the windows and sliding door were old and hard to open, and the cleaning could have been a little better - under cabinets and beds especially. Overall great experience, great check in/out procedure, management co. was professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

  Nice updated home. However there where some issues with the air. We had 3 of 5 nights with a malfunctioning air conditioner. It got a little toasty in the unit during the evening time and bedtime.

  Renting an apartment was the best idea possible for the current COVID-19 climate. Family of 4 with 2 adult children we were able to enjoy our vacation yet still distance ourselves from others. We ate our meals in, either cooked them ourselves or picked up take out. We were far enough away from everyone with the private beach but just a short drive away for supplies.

  We have stayed in the same unit for a couple of years now and we have been very happy. The condo is quite spacious and the sunsets from our balcony are absolutely stunning! The pros of the location is that it is quiet and the beach is not as crowded. The cons is that you pretty much have to drive to get to shopping and restaurants.

  we rented for the month of February, 2019. The unit is very spacious and quite comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight but definitely doable. There were some things that were lacking for use of a long term rental but wouldn't be for weekly. However, this would not deter us from renting again. The spectacular sunsets occurred every night right outside our window! We were fortunate to not only have the rental manager availabl but the owner was on the premises also and introduced himself the very first day. We have stayed at Lands End Condos before and enjoy the size of the units, the beautiful pool and beach. It is very quiet and the beach is far enough from the public area to never be overly crowded. The only downside is you have to drive to shopping and dining.

  We were very disappointed with our stay this year. We always come to Lands end every year for vacation and have not been disappointed ever.
  This year we booked very early in the year so we could get the unit we like.
  However, we were informed a couple months in advance that the preferred unit was having some repairs. We chose another unit. Then a couple weeks before our trip we were notified that unit also was having repairs. Now with a couple of weeks notice none of the units were what we had in mind.
  This was disturbing however we were still optimistic that our vacation was going to be good. We were very unhappy with a couple of things in this unit. The bed was totally the worst bed I have ever slept on. Clearly both sides had huge indentations. You could tell just by looking at the bed made. Clearly any inspection of the unit would have alerted someone that it was not a good mattress . The single beds in the guest room not much better. I believe before renting this unit again those things should be addressed.

We immediately corrected the situation by purchasing three new mattresses. No one can enjoy their vacation if they aren't getting a proper nights sleep." We are so sorry the bedding in this condo was not a good fit for your stay and we will for sure take a look at this. In regards to moving condos, we are sorry we had to even modify your preferred condo choice from the very beginning, we never want to do that! With this work taking place on the property we always want to be able to provide a different option in hopes to still provide a great vacation experience for our guests, we are sorry if this was not the case for your situation. This work at Land's End will be completed soon and the community back looking better than ever and we hope you will return for another visit.
