This stunning Bay front condo has been completely renovated including new windows, sliding doors and new flooring. Fully equipped new kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Bot bathrooms are remodeled as well with granite counter tops, double sinks in master bath and new walk-in showers in master and guest bath. The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. One of the best features is the good size water front balcony with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal waterway. Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   We picked this condo for a few reasons: 1) It was one of the few condos at Land's End that had four beds. 2) The furniture and appointments appear to be a bit nicer than others. 3) Land's End has a large size swimming pool. All of our expectations were met. We found this condo to be clean, comfortable and spacious. It overlooks the canal and is a minute's walk to the beach or pool. The only negative thing I can say is that the dishwasher failed to get any dishes clean even after running the same dishes twice. We've since notified Resort Rentals about this. You can't go wrong with choosing this unit.

  The unit was lovely, a bargain for the price. The beach was Superior and private. Warm water and just enough wave action so the kids had a blast swimming but no big rip courants. The pool was warm and very nice. It was gated and the guard was very attentive. The unit itself was nicely appointed with 2 beds in each bedroom. Kitchen was adequate. Overall, a great location and a bargain price.
