Bright and spacious 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condo at The Villa Madeira with direct Gulf views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. This condo has a nice open kitchen that is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your meals in, has newer stainless steel appliances, the den area has a set of bunkbeds for additional sleeping and you can easily accommodate a group of 6 in this unit, washer and dryer in condo for your use, nice sized and screened in balcony, nice big tub/shower combo in master bath, heated pool on grounds for your use and much more! This building sits right on the sand of Madeira Beach and is approx. 1 mile from the John’s Pass area. A really great beachfront choice on Madeira Beach!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private, screened in balconies. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here.   Place just as the pictures depicted. Great views, beach not too crowded. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did have one day with the water being shutoff from 9am to 3pm but no worries. It gave us a reason to get out and explore the area. We will definitely return.

  Great location, very close to Johns Pass. Plenty of seating on the balcony for Dolphin watching, although the screen cuts down the heat it also compromises the view.
  The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of closet/drawer space in the bedrooms.
  The down side is you have to go to the rental office to pickup and drop off the keys. Also the drapes/blinds really need to be closed in the afternoon or the Master and Living Room really heat up!

  The rental was nicely laid out and spacious with all amenities and supplies. The property was in the process of being repainted on the front of the building. The entry space lacked any character, plain and small. It would have been better to have a key box on the property. The condo was nicely decorated and stocked. Some updating needed in bathroom. Appeared very clean except floors had a film on them that left soles of feet black. Enjoyed Johns Pass, the Pier, Kooky Coconut, etc., mostly the beach! The water heater went out, but was replaced quickly by professional repairmen. Especially like the proximity to the beach and the view.

  Before checking in to your unit, you have to go to St. Pete to pick up your keys and parking pass. You have to use keys for the lobby, access to the pool , access to your room and access to the beach. This needs to be changed to keypads. Extremely difficult if you have more than 2 family members. Also there was not a grill, hot tub or umbrellas around the pool.

  We had a great time at Villa Madeira #504. The rooms were great and the two younger girls loved having bunk beds! The balcony was very relaxing and we loved having dinner oceanside. We saw many morning dolphins playing right out front of our condo. The pools was great. The beach was beautiful. The condo had a "toy box" on the balcony filled with sand toys, chairs and coolers. Great place to stay with a family!

  We’ve stayed in this area before and Villa Madeira is located in a grey spot because we don’t rent a car and like that we can walk to Johns Pass. The condo is very nice and well equipped with everything we need for a comfortable week’s stay. Only a couple of negatives that management and owner need to be aware of- when we got there and literally just walked in the door, the dishwasher was making an awful noise. I called management and they had me turn breaker off. We were without the dishwasher ALL week. It was disappointing but not a big deal. The dryer vent was so full of appears it hadn’t been emptied for a really long time. It posed a fire risk. Cleaners need to add this to their list to check. Lastly, the sheets on the master king bed did NOT fit the bed. It was really bad and cleaners should have been a aware of it. All of these things are fixable and I’m sure the owner would like to see these simple things addressed. The place is beautiful and we’d like to come back again. Will keep this place in mind when we do.

  Beautiful beachfront condo with a magnificent view of the gulf. Beach is beautiful and was not crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider renting it again. Location is closed to groceries and some restaurants. We got used to the screened patio and that is about the only thing we would have changed. Beds were comfortable but would suggest a double bed or a futon instead of bunks in the extra small room/laundry room.

  This is our fourth time to Madeira, in the same building for the past 6 years. This unit was new for us and it was not disappointing. The suite had everything we needed and was very clean. We always find the building is well-maintained and quiet. Being right on the ocean is very relaxing. Bars and restaurants are very close to walk to and John's Pass is a cute little place to visit and shop. For the Northern friends, you are even close enough to take in a hockey game in Tampa. The rental company is very professional and organized. They make things very easy. We love it here.
