Nicely kept condo on the 3rd floor with a unique floor plan that has the master bedroom up front giving you wide views of the Gulf from both the living room and the master bedroom! Lovely new living room couches and fully equipped kitchen. Sunset Chateau is a direct beachfront building with a heated pool making this a perfect vacation getaway!!

Located on popular Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is The Sunset Chateau. This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a small pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. Caddy’s On The Beach and Ka Tiki are 2 beach bar restaurants that are approx. ½ mile walk up the beach; both providing cold drinks, live music and food. There are many other restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within a short drive. Approximately 3 miles north is John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!

  The location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful!everything about the place was nice and updated. But the kitchen was poorly stocked with necessities like cook ware and utensils. It also has carpet and no way to sweep it???? Spend a few dollars on some of these things and the next tenants will have a perfect stay.

  The location and unit was great. I would recommend considering replacing the couches. They are peeling and stained up. We used a sheet to cover it up but replacing the couches would have allowed me to give it a 5 star in all categories.

  The condo was beautifully designed. It was perfect for us. The beach was great. The only complaints I had was the pool was closed and I wish there had been chairs to sit out on the walkway by the front door.

  This was a family vacation with my wife our son and his family. The owner of the condo was kind enough to allow all six of us to stay in their condo. We had a wonderful time and the weather was great. We went to Sea World and took a ride on a Pirate Ship at John's Pass. Also ate at great restaurants.   The property was great. The beds were horrible though. The rest of the furniture was good. Needed a toaster, however we made due with the toaster oven. All in all it was a great stay and loved the location.

  I will recommend this location but probably not that unit. Unit was Ok...clean and good location but I feel like need a little remodeling. Kitchen can for sure be update but it's functional. Deco as well can be refresh. It was a perfect spot for the kids, safe, easy parking, quiet. I wish they had beach towels and salt/ pepper, etc...I am not asking for food but at least...little basic thing, no hair dryer! little thing like that. Coming from far, we don't travel by plane with all that. Beach chairs also need to be change as they were broken and rusty. We love the location. We spend most of our time outside anyway.

    Thank you for your feedback on this condo, we will be sure to pass this over to the owners for their review. Beach towels are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as we have found they go missing on a regular basis which is quite unfortunate. As far as beach chairs and umbrellas, we apologize if the ones in the condo were not in good shape and we will take a look at that, thank you for letting us know. We do keep a supply of chairs and umbrellas here at our office that we are happy to help with for the duration of your stay, based on inventory. Just give us a call should you need them and we would be happy to help! In regards to any kitchen supplies, we also keep a number of items here at the office so please do not hesitate to call us and we will help with what we can......the same for the hair dryer! Unfortunately hair dryers seem to go missing quite often as well so we do keep some here at the office.   This was our first time renting with Resort Rentals but, it definitely won't be our last. The condo was great! The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was VERY comfortable. My husband keeps talking about how comfy the pillows were. The walk1in shower in the master bath was great after being on the beach all day. Our two girls LOVED their room and separate beds. This condo had everything we needed except measuring cups we needed for one meal but that was minor. We are most of our meals in since there were two grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of us. Having two bathrooms was a plus since we could have both showers on and hot water wasn't an issue. The only negative is the screen door was literally coming out of the frame exposing nails, but to us it wasn't a big deal since our girls are old enough to know better. MORE THAN AMPLE closet space for over-packers like myself and plenty of storage for groceries and toiletries. On the last couple days the second elevator stopped working, but we took the steps. The pool was perfect and right off the beach.

  Good vacation week and very nice condo. Resort rentals made everything easy to checkin and checkout. The only items of very minor concern were a few light bulbs were out and the condo owner beach chairs were rusted to the point of not being usable. The resort rental did offer options for the chairs.   This is our 18th year of renting a condo at Sunset Chateau. We have rented several units thru the years thru different managers that are no longer managing units. This year the condo was nice. We were very disappointed in the amenities. For instance some of the basics that we have had at previous units. Things like beach towels, decent beach chairs, enough bathroom towels, kitchen towels & trash bags for our 2 week stay. The Adirondack chairs were to big for the balcony. A person had to stand up to let other guests pass by. No information about operating TV's. A maintenance man the came to repair the sink showed us how to operate.

    So sorry to hear you were not completely happy with your stay here! Each condo is privately owned and stocked differently and we apologize if this was not a good match for you. Beach chairs and towels are not a required item for the owners to leave as we have found that they go missing quite often, we find this very disappointing as well. We keep an inventory of beach chairs and umbrellas here at our office so should you find them missing in your next rental, just give us a call and we can help with that! :-) The same applies for the bath and kitchen towels, we have them here at our office so if you need more please do not hesitate to call us and we would be happy to get some extras your way. We apologize for the frustrations that you had with the TV, the service providers system can be tricky as all of the items “sync” together so one mis-pushed button can throw if off.
