Welcome to paradise!! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit has been recently updated and is absolutely gorgeous! Walk right out of your back door from this unit and start enjoying the soft white sand between your toes. Beautiful and modern furnishings, all new stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms…..nothing was missed here. Take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the BBQ located onsite or simply kick up your feet on your private patio and enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets. The Shores is centrally located on Redington Beach making shopping, restaurants and area attractions convenient and easy to get to.

The Shores property is a direct beachfront building located in Redington Shores. Not an overly crowded area on our beaches, this quaint location will have you feeling refreshed and relaxed after your stay. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2-hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! This condo is unique being a ground floor unit allowing you to walk right out to the pool and deck area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the this a great vacation choice!

  Great location and condo grounds are fantastic...BUT...the unit itself needs a lot of TLC. Light bulbs were missing or out when we arrived. Kitchen cabinets rather beat up. No facial tissue was provided nor hand soap nor enough garbage bags. The unit was not super clean. Dishwasher soap dispenser had issues operating. Dishes and silverware where second hand quality. Pillows were gross. Should be changed. Mattress also not great. Needs more towels for a week stay. Basic stuff. A bit disappointed.

  We have stayed at The Shores for 3 vacations but this was our first time in unit 101. We love the lay out the ground unit. We didn't like the check in and check out rules. It seems that it would be easier for everyone to have a key code to get in the condo or a key code box to retrieve the key instead of driving to pick up keys and to drop off keys.

  This was our second stay in this condo. Our favorite place to stay when we are in at the beach. The unit is on the ground floor meaning no stairs or elevators and steps from beach, pool and grills.
  
  The interior is nice and comfortable. The dryer doesn’t dry well, found out the hard way that the blender doesn’t work and could use a new coffee maker. But, in the scheme of things, those are all minor. It’s really hard to beat this condo for vacation. We will be back again!

  This condo was wonderful. With it being on the ground level ~ made this so convenient with my 5 y/o ~ just steps away from the pool and ocean! We sat on the balcony a lot to look out or to eat.   We had a great stay at The Shores #101 at Redington Beacjh. The location is amazing and convenient. I love being able to have a front row seat to beautiful sunsets! The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was never crowded since it is a smaller condo building. The only complaint I would have is that the patio furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

  The Vacation rental was great. Everything was really clean, there were towels provided and it was really helpful to have a washer and dryer. We loved the location! The only thing that was tough was that the WiFi was not working, we couldn’t call while we were at the rental because there was no service in the building. Also, the place has no ventilation.

  Great place to stay. Loved everything about it. Beautiful and peaceful. The only small thing was the master bedroom was hot even went unit turned down to recommended 72 degrees. But, I am one who needs to sleep in about 68 degrees. So for most the 72 is fine. Used two fans and I was good. We will definitely go back hopefully to same condo unit.

  I love the condo. My main thing was how close it was to the beach. Since my dad has bad knees it was the easiest for him to walk to/on the beach. There were little things wrong with the condo. I fixed the dish washer track. The master bedroom fan makes a lot of noise. The grill was out of gas. A lot of the dishes were rusted. Since it was lovebug season they were everywhere. I would have loved a bug repellent or something. It was clean and pretty. Everybody I talked to was very sweet.

  Our stay at the Shores was nothing short of perfect! The weather was near record highs for Dec/Jan. We got to spend alot of time on the beautiful beach. The location of the condo is ideal to watch the sunrise and sunset. The property was clean and spacious. The heated pool was nice. The condo was well stocked with fun things to do inside and out. Ther parking was plentiful. This lower level unit made it convenient for moving in and out. The gas grills were located just outside the patio. There are many activities and restaurants nearby. We would definitely return to the property Shores 101 for another stay!

  We loved every minute of our beach holiday at Redington Shores this August. The location, property, and amenities suited our little family of 5 perfectly.   Bed is too high. I am 5'3 and it was above my waist.
  Bottom sheet is too small. Did not cover 2ft thick mattress. Climbed a mountain to get in and fell out one night. Not fun.
  Bathroom door 2/3 the size of regular door and it is a plastic accordion door. I hurt my arm on it every time I went in and out.
  3 flood lights off patio that make it impossible to see beach at night as they shine directly in your eyes, and in the master bedroom at night. All things that could be fixed to make it perfect.
  Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining.
  Proximity of beach and pool make it perfect. This might sound silly but ease and proximity of rubbish removal is very convenient too.

    Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay at The Shores. We are so sorry the bedding in the condo was not a good match for you, we will need to take that into consideration for your next visit and see if there is another that has a better fit for you. In regards to the bathroom door, we are sorry you kept hitting your arm on it! We will be sure to have our maintenance go and take a look to see if there are any adjustments that could perhaps be made. The flood lights that are outside of the condo are lights that are actually on the exterior of the building and that is all in place through the condo association and building management, we unfortunately have no authority to move/modify these lights. We have not had any other feedback in regards to these lights but we will be sure to watch to see if this is any kind of an ongoing issue. We really apologize for any bother this lead to you but thank you so much for bringing it to our attention to monitor! We are glad that this condos location, the pool and convenience of the other items were a good match for you and we hope to have you back on our beautiful beaches for another visit in the future.

  This is a first level condo that is just steps from the beach. One can sit on the porch each night and experience beautiful sunsets. The condo is plenty spacious for 6 and the parking lot is fantastic. The grilling area is great and the pool is very much adequate. There are some nice updates in the condo; however, it could use just a pinch more. The Redington area is quiet and tranquil. It has plenty of places to eat, and there are fun things to do. I highly recommend The Shores #101!

  We have been coming down to this area for over 15years. We decided to try something different, as we used to rent something with 3 bedrooms in Indian shores, but did not need all those rooms. The photos taken just looked great and the idea of being right on the ground level, which is hard to come by in this area, was great, especially having smaller kids. Once we arrived we were so impressed on how clean the unit was and how the unit looked exactly like the photos and even better. We really have no complaints, other than the fans in the bedrooms did not work very good and very noisy and would like to see those updated. The master bedroom is huge and the furniture is perfect for that beach life. The other thing we loved was finding a closet full of beach stuff, boogie boards, umbrellas, sandcastle stuff.. This was a treat.
  We came just 2 weeks After Hurricane Irma and you would have never known there was a Hurricane just 2 weeks ago. Everything as amazing
  We will be back again, hopefully for next year

  This condo is very good for people who have difficulty with walking. The pool and beach are close by and you do not need to walk steps or take an elevator! Beautiful view and beach! I would like drapes instead of blinds as they don't close completely and people walk by. Also a door on master suite to toilet. Very stinky sometimes. It's very quiet! We loved it!   Location, general maintainence, of outside property very good. Condo has a good layout to accommodate 6 people. I would suggest that having beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. would be most appropriate, or at least inform the renters that it is not provided.

    Thanks for your post! Beach chairs and umbrellas are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as too many times they go missing. Many condos may have them, however the inventory is constantly changing. We do have an inventory of beach chairs and umbrellas here at our office location that we are happy to provide to you for the duration of your stay should you not find any in your next rental unit. For a $50 fee we will give you 2 chairs and an umbrella to use and upon return we will give you the $50 right back so really it is just a "holding" fee. On our website we have this information listed as well under the Commonly Asked Questions section. :)

  My teenage daughter and I visit the St. Pete Beach area at least twice each year. We normally stay in Pass-A-Grille, but we wanted to try out another area this year.
