Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   This was our 7th stay in a unit found on Land End’s property. Building 7, Unit 306 was by far the best renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped to include every type of cooking gadget you may need. Understanding that most people don’t want cook on vacation; however, when you do prepare a meal having a fully equipped kitchen is a real bonus. The high-top table and chairs on the balcony gave us a splendid view of the gulf.
  
  The layout of the living area was wonderful with having a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs supplied plenty of seating for the four of us. The large island in the kitchen gave us plenty of room for preparing and serving our food. The dining table was a suitable place for playing games with our family and sharing meals together. The beds were comfortable.
  
  You will not be disappointed in renting 306 in building 7 and highly recommend it. We are planning to rent it again.

  We rented 4 units for a family vacation in this building. My husband and I stayed in this unit. What a beautiful unit! I loved it and all of the decor. You new it was redone and well taken care of. It had everything you would want in a gourmet kitchen.The bathrooms with lovely tile showers were great. The views were amazing and of course the pool never disappoints! We would stay here again. We will be back because we love Land’s End and Treasure Island.

  Overall, it was nice. The master bathroom sink had an issue with staying stopped up. It would have been nice to have had more one trash bag and dishwasher pod. Those are things we had to buy when just one or two extras would have sufficed. Also, management was a little unfriendly. We were told we couldn't have a water bottle around the pool, but another guest, who owned a unit, had a cigar.

  This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Most importantly, you could tell that there was great attention to detail with regards to cleanliness. I would recommend maintenance on the dishwasher, as the bottom rack would not stay on track and was difficult to use.   Fantastic condo complex. Condo was nice but bathrooms are really small and the second bedroom could use a dresser for clothes. Beds were comfortable and condo is beautifully decorated. Nice and relaxing. The walkway to the beach for this building location does have steps so if you have a beach buggy/wagon be prepared to walk to another point of entry...not a big deal just worth a mention. Both hot tubs weren’t in operating condition. The larger of the two we were told the association doesn’t have the funds to have repaired and the one in pool area spit out air and didn’t bubble.

  The apartment itself was lovely, with a fabulous view over the gulf. However there were a few additional items that the apartment could have been equipped with such as a kettle, clothes drying rack etc and the dishwasher needs maintenance. The Lands End complex itself is in a lovely location but I would suggest is suited to to couples rather than families. There are multiple rules in and around the pool area, some rightly so but some seemed a little excessive. Both our children and us felt as though they were not able to be children due to the rules and extremely quiet nature of the pool area, so we spent most of our time on the beach.

  We had an outstanding experience. Unit 7-306 was very comfortable and had an excellent gulf view. Renting through the Resort Rentals was very easy and check in was smooth. The pictures and descriptions of the unit were very accurate and there were loads of supplies in the kitchen. Beds and furniture were very comfortable in this updated condo.

  Our unit was clearly recently renovated within the last couple of years with modern finishes and was like a home away from home. It was both clean and comfortable.
  
  The location is unbeatable if you want to be on the beach. It was like walking into your backyard and as it's on the end of the island there's no through traffic.
  
  We didn't even make use of the pool and clubhouse as we had great weather and spent everyday on the beach (did I mention that it was like in the backyard).
  
  As this was our first time in the area, Gail in the office gave us great suggestions on dining and activities in the area that were spot on.

  We love staying at Land's End - and our condo this year was beautiful! It would be nice to know when there is construction going on when you book reservations - as the two condos next door were being renovated, so some noise. The only suggestion I have for our condo this year is to have a crock pot, a few more pots/pans and a better coffee maker, other than that, the condo is perfect. We enjoyed our week and will be back next year!

  We had a great time at the resort. The location is PERFECT, it is quite and relax, but at the same time near everything you need, Publix, restaurants, many cities to visit after a wonderful day at the beach like Anna maria Island, St Petersburg, Sarasota, etc etc. The unit smells soooo good, very clean, nice decoration, the view is priceless. The only thing I will change will be the shower in the master bathroom , it did not work very good. WE WILL COME BACK....:)

I've been going there for 7 years now and it still feels new. it has a large pool(bigger than most pools for a condo) and plenty of sunning area, and if that's not enough, you can walk about 50 steps to the gulf of mexico and relax on an almost secluded beach.This place will not let you down, and if you do have any problems RESORTS RENTALS is there to help. (my wife forgot her hair drier and RESORTS RENTALS provided her with one)nice of them. the area features great restaurants,just ask around and you'll get a list of great places to eat. so come visit and relax,eat,tan and i promise you won't want to leave.. p.s. I've recommended this place to my family and friends.

  Everything about this condo was NEW! The design was elegant yet comfortable and the colors used were calming. Since all the appliances were new, there was a bit of a learning curve on how to operate them. Everything I needed in the kitchen was available. The beds and pillows were good as well. BUT!!! The VIEW!!! Every moment of every day I could just look outside the balcony windows and see and hear the Gulf waves. The staff at the condo clubhouse was helpful in every way. I did not use the pool, but the hot tub by building 5 was just the right temperature. I always had a parking spot right in front of my building. I hope that I can return to this SAME condo in the future!
