This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom is located in the building right across the pool, hot tubs and the beach access. It is tastefully decorated throughout with a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped, has Keurig coffee maker! The bathroom has been completely remodeled, there is a washer and dryer inside for your use, has a private balcony with seating and is sure to be a perfect fit for your vacation! This condo provides views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille.   I’ve visited Lands End many times but always with others, this time was a solo trip. I always feel safe at Lands End and this time was no different. The condo was lovely and perfect for one person-size and amenities. My only complaint is the previous renter smoked in the condo and everything smelled terribly. I purchased pillows and cases and a bath mat that was dirty, as well as air sanitizer-I was staying for ten days so the investment was necessary. The condo appliances/fixtures were a little outdated but had everything I needed. I did purchase a chair and umbrella which I left for the next renter. I suspect I should have asked for a partial refund due to the lack of cleanliness but I’m hoping this review helps the next guest.

  Check in was seamless and very easy. When we walked into the condo it was very clean and tidy and updated. The view was amazing of the inlet. We enjoyed the beach and walking the boardwalk around the resort. Very safe resort. The only thing I would change is please provide toilet paper when guest arrive. We had none and no rental car and had to Uber immediately. The pull out couch was broken. Thankfully the two of us that stayed were okay with sharing a bed. It should have been noted and made clear that it was broken in the rental agreement.

  This was a very nice condo to stay in and was within walking distance of the beach. It was also close to shops/eating but still far enough to not be super busy. The condo had recent fresh updates and is a perfect escape from the Midwest winter weather. The beautifully manicured Lands End complex and amenities, along with the warmth of our condo, make this an easy decision each year.
  We feel like it’s a beautiful second home and one we will continue to reserve for as long as we are able to do so. Recommend Mad Fish restaurant for a great meal, in an eclectic atmosphere, just down Gulf Road in St Pete.

  First and foremost you are staying in someones home so do not expect the same amenities as a hotel. If you go in with that understanding you will have a wonderful stay.
  
  Though we never used them, water toys and beach chairs were provided along with some starter paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap which was a nice touch.
  
  The view was intracoastal not beach but we saw dolphins swimming the waterway several times.
  
  There is a little restaurant across the water that plays music late into the evening, which can be enjoyed easily from the balcony but with doors closed the sound was not an issue.
  
  This was our first time renting a condo and I was a bit nervous about checking in/out as we had very odd arrival and departure times. Turns out it's more complex checking into a hotel then it was the condo.
  
  Resort Rentals provided a packet with everything you need. Take the time to read the contents, it will make your life easier and your stay more enjoyable. Not to mention answer all the HOW DO I ......... questions.
  
  We could not be happier with the rental agency or the condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.

  My husband and I rented this condo in Jan. 2017. It was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the water view, but it is blocked a bit by tree's. Most of the resort is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was beautiful but crowded and a bit tough to find a chair in the sun. The people at this resort tend to go down to the pool around 1 pm and stay all afternoon. They were very loud, sometimes obnoxious and seemed to all know each other because I assume they rent for months at a time. We are in our 50's and were younger than everyone there. The condo was very well appointed with all the kitchen necessities. Beach towels would have been a nice addition to have at this condo, since there's only 4 bath towels, between showering & swimming, needed to do a lot of laundry, so had to buy more detergent. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this resort.

We do have a number of guests that come and stay each year at Land’s End during the same time periods so I feel you were seeing old friends that were gathered around the pool enjoying each other’s company and catching up. Beach towels are not a required item for the owners to provide in the condo as we have unfortunately discovered that they go missing too often. We do apologize for that inconvenience to you. Our housekeeping staff leaves 2 sets of bath towels per guest at each condo, we are happy to supply you with more should you need. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the community as a whole and we hope to have you back as our guest again soon!

  We were staying with family for a week and needed to find a place to stay for a second week as more family descended from the UK. We looked around St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. The mainstream hotels, condo hotels and other traditional resorts were either full, of low quality or very expensive. Knowing the area having visited for many years, I called into Resort Rentals while passing to ask if they could help. They suggested the unit at Lands End which, knowing Sunset Beach well, was the perfect location for us. We booked the unit and it was perfect and of much higher quality than anything we had seen at double the price. Resort Rentals provided a great, no fuss service. The unit was spotless and modern. I would recommend both without reservation or hesitation.

  The only suggestion I can make is that this is the first time we flew and since the rental was a 2 week stay, it is not like driving. You are limited to what you can take in terms of luggage. There were no beach towels and even though the rental agency states to that there are none, they should provide them and some decent beach chair. The chairs were adequate, but old and saggy. That would be our ONLY, and I do mean ONLY suggestion......we loved our unit, the property, the whole 2 weeks were glorious.

  Dishwasher did not work. Water runs but it never cleaned dishes or cups. Had to hand wash everything. Refrigerator leaked water into the crisper drawers on the bottom. Had to be cleaned out about every 3 days.
  Very nice place though, clean and nice view of inland waterway. Would go back.

  The only downside was rude security on site and insufferable wi-fi delays. beach and intrecoastal waterway 90 to 120 seconds depending on your walking and stair speed.
  end of island good fishing opportunities and very quiet. Good place for bicycles or walking. Gated community with covered parking. Apt. set up with sofa-bed and well equipped kitchen. Four people would be comfortable. Would stay there again.

  Excellent property, the complex is kept to the highest standard, the grounds,swimming pool and general areas are excellent.
  Our condo was bayside and some parts had been updated, the bedroom and bathroom were very good, the kichen showing signs of wear but clean and adequate.

  Ich fasse mich mal sehr kurz. Die Lage ist toll- direkt am Wasser- traumhaft. Der Strand ist leider kein Sandstrand sondern ein Muschelstrand- aber ein paar Meter weiter ist man ruckzuck am Sandstrand. Unser Zimmer war wunderbar, sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet, man merkt, dass die besitzer auf Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit achten. Einzig und allein der Pool war etwas traurig. Um die bedingungslose Ruhe anderer "stilltreibender" Gäste zu gewähren, ist jede Art von Spass untersagt.
  Ballspielen? Verboten!
  Luftmatratze? Verboten!
  Frisbee? Verboten!
  Springen? Verboten!
  
  Das sollte man bedenken, wenn man mit seinen Kindern in den Urlaub fliegt oder selbst auch mal im Pool etwas Bewegung wünscht.
  
  Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt!!!
  Ich kann die Anlage wirklich empfehlen!
