Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   From start to finish our vacation went very smooth. Our unit was very nice. The pictures were spot on. We enjoyed the beach front view, the nice kitchen appliances and two flat screen TV's. The on site staff and Resort Rentals staff were friendly and professional. This is our third stay in recent years at Lands End and we could be back again soon.

  We stayed at in this condo for 6 weeks and loved our time there!
  The condo is as pictured: beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We were very pleased with kitchen and plethora of dishes, pans, silverware and cooking tools. The IKEA furniture throughout is comfortable; master bedroom mattress is showing wear and a bit squeaky. Both bathrooms are lovely.
  The sliders are very solid and easy to open and close. Washer and dryer work very well. We appreciated that when a smoke detector started beeping in the night the owners had the correct battery on hand to replace it.
  All in all we enjoyed staying here and plan to return!

  We grew up in the area and stay at LE frequently when visiting family. The complex is well maintained, clean and nicely secluded. All buildings were repainted when we were there this past summer. This unit was very nicely remodeled and had great new induction stove and fridge. Some noise does carry over from the beach bars on intra coastal side. Most noticeable in front BR and kitchen until 10 ish pm. It is what it is. Oh well. The patio has a fantastic view that often includes dolphins passing by. Master BR has this same great view. A/C limit is 72 degrees FYI if you sleep hot. Condo was well stocked to meet our needs. Great trip overall.

  Being at the end of Sunset Beach, Lands End is very quiet, both on the property, as well as, the beach (since most people who park at the public lots don't venture down the beach 1/2 mile (.80km) and 1 mile (1.6km).
  
  The boardwalk is a nice feature if you don't walk in the sand, going around the property to/from the Mansions Condo's next door.
  
  The unit we stayed in was completely updated/remodeled w/a double open hurricane sliding glass doors, allowing the unit to become almost an indoor/outdoor living space. Additionally, private sliding glass door from the master bedroom connected to the same balcony provided for great views of the Gulf, Beach, and Sunsets (facing West/Northwest).
  
  The unit is a very open concept w/out any walls separating the main room from front door, kitchen, walkway, living room to balcony. Along w/plank tile floors, that look like wood, are a great feature for any sand that may make its way from the beach.its
  
  All in all, a great week away from home, in a condo that felt kind of like a vacation property, not just a rental. We recommend this complex and condo unit and would definitely stay again, when in the Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach area.

  Lands End is a lovely resort we have stayed in this resort often and this apartment several times.
  It has fantastic views and is clean and well appointed with most all you would need. There is good wifi, a good shower & a good bed in the master.
  There are a few suggestions for the apartment:
  Seating in lounge could be updated it is sagging & no longer comfortable.
  The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom are not deep enough for the bed & continually slip off.
  Lands End Resort is well maintained & normally very restful & peaceful.
  Unfortunately it was far from peaceful this time. There was work going on in several apartments in the block from 8.30 in the morning to 6 or 7 in the evening, there was even work going on at weekends, there really was no respite.
  Keyless digital lock on the front door would be good as it cost me $50 & an hours wait outside the apartment late at night to get in after we forgot the keys & from then on it was check check check each time we left, a digital lock would save this stress
  We had a couple of minor issues but all contact with resort rentals was quick efficient & cheerful

We do apologize for any noise disruption that you experienced, we unfortunately do not receive notices from private owners that may be doing work inside their units but we do try to keep up with it as best we can so that we can provide that to our guests when we can. The keyless entry is something we are looking to move over to, hopefully that will be an addition in the future. As for the bedding, we JUST received our new linens and will be updating the condos with better fitting sheets so during your next visit this should not be a problem!   Overall the unit was updated in some places and fell short in others. The kitchen had been remodeled and very nice with lots of IKEA products. The furniture fell short in the living area. The cushions on the couch and matching chair sagged and nonsupportive for sitting. The picture of the unit shows a cream color couch and chair when they were dark gray & showed dirt and stains.
  Lands End still remains the best place to stay. Only complaint there was a lot of remodeling in units making daytime quiet impossible. There was drilling, sanding, and sawing going on. Three projects in building 8 one on each floor including 2 doors away. Otherwise grounds in top condition.

  We love Lands End and have been going for 5 years. The unit we rented was absolutely gorgeous! However, our vacation was not as relaxing as we expected because of the amount of work going on in the building that started at 8am every day. The drilling and banging noise was EXTREMELY loud and occurred all day long. We could not wake up and relax in the morning because of this. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

  We had a great vacation and enjoyed the condo very much. Recently remodeled, new furnishings and very well appointed. The only suggestions we have are 1 - to have a keyless lock on the door so we aren't always making sure we have keys when we leave, and 2 - to have a TV in the 2nd bedroom (not a requirement, but nice to have).

  Beautiful Condo with great views of the beach , our family enjoyed staying at this updated tasteful condo , kitchen was great fully equiped , beds were comfortable,the only problem were the chairs and umbrella were broken and not comfy but for a deposit if $50 we got perfect two chairs and umbrella from resort rental office !would definitely stay here again .

I have been to Lands End approximately 7-8 times and thus far this is my favorite unit. Everything just fits! Stocked well with utensils, plates, etc. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

  Well maintained property, good strong wifi signal. quiet area, lovely views of the Gulf from the balcony.
  Only problem was the buildings maintenance programme which meant there was a lot of noise from 08.30 to 15.00 every week day for the whole of our 3 week stay as the outside of the building and balconies were being painted.
  Check when you go if there is painting or building maintenance going on, because it will affect your stay, it is very noisy.

  Another incredible vacation at Land's End. This was a beautiful condo. I loved all the updates. I will never get sick of the sunsets here. The only thing I would recommend upgrading, would be the sheets in the master. Not a lot of fun remaking the bed every day because the sheets didn't fit the bed.

  Overall, great. Cleaning crew could vacuum more thoroughly, light bulbs were burned out upon arrival. But, we found some spares in a cupboard. Had an unresolved issue with a broken cabinet hinge. But, overall loved the Condo, love lands end and look forward to our next visit.

The only thing that this unit did not come equipped with was a hair dryer. I got along fine without it but it would have been nice to have one. Other than that all was great!

  The pictures looked too good to be true but they were spot on! The condo was superb. The view was perfect! There is not one thing I can say bad. Everything was super easy from booking to the pre email telling us where to pick up tbe keys which included a reference picture of the rental place, photo of the person we'd be meeting and a weather outlook.   The unit was newly remodeled--very lovely. The only negative experience we had was cloudy and cool weather for 6 of the 9 days we were there. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. The unit was well-equipped for the 2 of us, the complex was quiet, the view incredible. Glad we stayed on the ocean side of the complex. If we vacation in Treasure Island, we'd definitely return to this unit.

  This was our second vacation at Lands End. We love the location! The beach is quiet and perfect for families. The resort is spacious with lots of green space, tennis courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, hot tubs and a pool. Our condo was a bit dated but nice. There were several broken mechanicals (sliding door, coffee pot, closet doors, air conditioning). The air was promptly fixed. The others I did not report. I will say, too, that the beds and linens were not very comfortable. There are lots of rules at the resort, but I think that's what keeps it nice. We would definitely come back to Lands End and recommend it to others.

  We have been visiting Lands End condos for the past 16 years. In general the unit was pleasant but in need of some updates. Fairly well equipped kitchen and amenities - clean, but use of cheap dishwasher powder with hard water put a nasty looking scale on cutlery and dishware which had improved over the week using Cascade tablets with a rinse aid. Bring beach towels (we know better) as the unit provides basic white hotel linen service. The AC went out and the management was very responsive to get it quickly repaired.
  
  We love the pool and access to beach. Very safe with 24/7 security.
  
  We would strongly suggest that the condo assoc consider a community-wide WiFi system... That's a pain when some units have it and others don't.
  
  Shopping and restaurants are very convenient for those who have never been here before.

  we have been coming to Land's End for years now. We rent a two bedroom condo with both our bedroom and living room overlooking the gulf. The pool is gorgeous and only a few feet away. The best part is the privacy. There is never more than a dozen people on the beach at one time. The pool is the same way. The gated community makes us feel very safe as tourists. No need to go any further than John's Pass Village for all shopping, eating and entertainment needs. We will be returning annually for many years to come.
