This large south corner condo has been tastefully renovated. The living room, dining area and kitchen have a bright, open floor plan with beautiful tile floors. The view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area, the kitchen and the balcony is fantastic. The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Free wireless internet service an a washer dryer in your condo for your use. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property.

Direct Beachfront on Madeira Beach and close to everything is the Trillium. This condo complex is a smaller building have only 15 condos that has direct beach access with a heated pool. The condos have large balconies with direct Gulf view… its perfect for the beach lovers!! There are several restaurants with live entertainment within walking distance as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Winn-Dixie grocery store, miniature golf and more. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   We have stayed in most of the Trillium A Units and one B unit for many years and 4A several times. This unit is beginning to show wear. Broken chair on porch, missing smoke detector, guest bathroom shower doors very hard to open and close, long couch wearing out, peeling paint on front door, and our wireless unavailable for a week as wrong login provided. Decorations using fake, smelly, dusty flowers are not pleasing so we put them out of sight. We love the Trillium but will not rent 4A again until updates are done. As rental costs go up, maintenance, furniture and decor should be improved.

  We had a very lovely stay at this condo. Everything was clean, the rental company was responsive and helpful. The only thing one should keep in mind when renting there are no beach towels and no hair dryer.
  The location of the unit is perfect as public beach access was far enough on both sides that we did not get any crowds on our stretch of the beach. We would definitely consider returning to this complex.

  There is nothing better than having a panoramic view of the ocean without even leaving the room. This property has just that. It's clean, modern and has everything my family needed. The kitchen was well organized when we arrived. We were able to find everything that we need. All the appliances are top of the line. The bedrooms are really nice especially the second bedroom which comes with two full-size beds. Parking is on the property. We got a completely shaded parking which is really nice under the Florida heat. The location of this property is also very convenient. We had visited many beaches along the Gulf Blvd and would walk to John's Pass Village just about every evening. We want to thank the owner of this property for having provided your home and helped make such a wonderful memory for my family.

  Condo was in a great location and the area was not overcrowded like other beaches I have been to in Florida. My only problem was having to carry a key with me to get on/off beach and into Condo building. Would be nice to add some sort of digital keypad and do away with the keys.

  We really enjoyed our time staying here! They condo was in great condition and very comfortable! The only issues we had were with the deadbolt on the door and the parking is very cramped. When we arrived, the deadbolt malfunctioned and we almost weren’t able to gain entry into the condo after traveling all day. We notified Resort Rentals on the next business day and they sent someone out right away. The maintenance man was unable to fix it and it wasn’t replaced during our stay. The door knob lock still worked so that was a relief. We would have felt better with the deadbolt in operation, but at least we were able to secure the door. As for the garage parking, if you have an SUV such as a Suburban or Tahoe, it’s going to be TIGHT if not impossible to park in the garage.

  Extremely Relaxing. Better than a home away from home, because it comes with a beach. The beach and water was clean. Dolphins and Manatees in the morning. A little difficult on the parking. We have a a full size Crew Cab truck. Parking was easy as long as no one else was there. Fortunately we parked and had no need to move.

  We arrived a few days before Christmas 2020 and our family of 4 stayed in Trillium 4A for 7 nights. It was a very large condo with a large kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony wraps around the side as well. Because the balcony is recessed from the adjacent balconies, it blocked the wind, which was very nice this time of year. We went out on the balconies off the bedrooms to get an idea of how windy or cold it was before going down to the beach or street. They have a nice view of the intercoastal and the street, as well as sunrises. The location is great! Walking distance to John's Pass restaurants, shopping, and a great little coffee shop named Sweet Brewnette. We also ate at The Reef and it was very good. A cute little candy shop was within a few blocks as well. We had a car, but didn't need it for most of our trip. The view from the kitchen or family room is amazing. The wall of glass allows you to see the gulf. Sunsets over the water are amazing! We were able to see many dolphins in the morning and just before sunset. The water was pretty cold being December, but the beach was great. Plenty of shells and sand. The condo was very well maintained and clean. They had several beach chairs, sand toys, and all of the kitchen appliances needed. The place where everything goes (bowls, plates, etc.) is carefully labeled with a handwritten label. The television in the family room was nice. The stools next to the kitchen island were very nice and provided a good area for sitting/eating and talking. (There was no problem with water draining in the shower, so I would disregard other reviews that you may read concerning this.) The pool was small but heated. We could take the elevator or stairs up to our unit, which was nice. There was a rolling cart near the elevator to assist with bringing luggage in from the car. We absolutely loved the condo, the location, and we would highly recommend it! We would definitely go back again!

  Our 10 day getaway was fabulous. The rental company was pleasant to work with before our arrival and when we checked in. I would recommend them for any rentals need you have. We already reserved our spot for 2021! We could not have asked for any more perfect weather and the perfect condo to stay in. We have stayed here a few times and it is one of the nicest and cleanest ones around. The owners should be proud of how the management takes care of the necessary cleaning (especially during these Covid times). Everything was spot on and also had a few extra essentials like soap, extra trash bags, and the ever allusive toilet paper. There was not a shortage at the store for anything that we needed to buy, food or otherwise. The beach chairs were a plus because we did not bring ours from home. It was possible to sit on the beach everyday and soak up some good Vitamin D. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. See you next time!

  This was a last minute decision due to the hurricane. I am so glad we chose this condo. We loved the St Pete area. The condo was fabulous!! We loved the fact that there were only 15 condos in the complex so the beach wasn’t very crowded. Being just steps away from the beach was awesome & the condo was nicely furnished.   I've stayed at the Trillium many times over the last 35 years and love it. For the first time, there were issues with guest parking. Some of the items were dirty in the kitchen. The guest bathroom was under construction. Master Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of construction noise above us. No filter on the HVAC unit. We love the location and view!

  Condo 4A was great! Beach front, beach chairs, all kitchen amenities, nice bathrooms, beds were comfy. Nice washer and dryer. There was construction going on at the property. The extent was miscommunicated because they were behind schedule. It made staying there very awkward. Resort Rentals did their best to make it right but it still caused stress to our week. That being said, I would recommend 4A to anyone wanting a super nice beach front condo. I have nothing but good reviews for the actual 4A condo.

  As always it was wonderful. A few minor things - small ants on kitchen counter-got in my granddaughter's special cookie from Panera-it was in a bag on counter, just had a piece of tap to close it. Check filter on refrig-after drinking water, there was a little sediment at the bottom of the glass, looked like sand? Other wise was wonderful, will be back next year. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

  Clean condo, had everything you need. The closet even had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and pool toys to use. Pool was on the smaller side, but we were usually the only ones occupying it. The beach was never crowded. There are places to eat, shop and entertain. The garage is a little tight fit but manageable. Overall -- great place would come back.

  I stayed in this unit a few times in years past before the remodel. What an improvement! The place looks great. We love the location and the beach is never crowded. I was disappointed at how the beach looked unkempt with weeds surrounding the pool and the neighboring property had allowed a mountain of weeds and sand to accumulate blocking the left side beach view from the pool. The master bedroom mattress needs be replaced.

  This was our second year in a row staying in unit 4A. It was an excellent stay. We enjoy this location it is very convenient to many restaurants. The beach in front of the unit is just steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, also many beach items including umbrella/chairs/cooler etc.I'm looking forward to our next stay here. My disappointment would be the unit was not as clean as before, and noticed some insects in kitchen.Also, I wish there was an easier drop off for keys. Wish we could leave keys in drop box at unit.

  The building location is excellent! The narrow beach here is a plus, making it easy to walk out and making the view from the condo like a cruise ship. The condo was beautiful and functional. The only problems were that the beds were too old and saggy for this to be labeled a "premier condo," and the AC was next to the 2nd bedroom and kept it way too cold if we wanted to adequately cool the rest of the condo.

  We had a great time in this Condo! I came down to St. Petersburg to visit my daughter and son in law. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook and enjoy family time if we wanted to or be lazy and stay there and spend the day in the ocean or pool. My granddaughter and a friend of hers came with me too! Being close to John's Pass with all the shopping stores and bars They also enjoyed every minute! Being right on the beach we viewed many beautiful sunsets and even a few sunrises!   Trillium 4A was very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! All cooking utensils etc we're plentiful. The pool however, is only open from dawn to dusk. Most hotels allow a swim time until 10pm. There was also an issue with an elderly woman by the name of Ellie whom is a permanent resident in the bldg. She was constantly harassing everyone about the rules of the condo on a daily basis, multiple times a day. This made our stay most unpleasant. We are a family that follows regulations and picks up after ourselves, and found her to be an utter annoyance any time we were outside of our condo unit. Parking was very tight and congested also. Aside from that our vacation was great, and we would consider staying there again, as long as the "Ellie situation" can be addressed. Lastly, may I also suggest a bell hop cart to be left in the lobby instead of having to use the dirty grocery cart that, according to Ellie, is supposed to be kept in the recycle and trash area of the bldg? This would be a more convenient, and not to mention,sanitary way of transporting ones belongings to and from the unit.

I have passed on your concerns about Ellie to the Trillium Management Company and hopefully they can address these issues with her. I do know that Ellie is a full time resident at the Trillium but this is the first time I have ever received a complaint about her. More often than not people find her helpful.   Overall good experience, but unlike many other condos we have stayed there were not any beach toys or accessories. The kitchen as usual had out dated cookware and dull knives. Take a knife sharpener when you go. The four lane road directly behind the unit was loud and busy. Food was great at the Colombian and Salt Rock Grill. Enjoyed a Rays game and the Dali museum. Fort Desoto is awesome.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Trillium 4a. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. We saw the dolphins swimming most every day and the beach is great!! The pool is small but warm and clean. We walked to John's pass several times (3/4 mile). We are already talking about planning a trip next fall. My only complaints were the non-functional ice maker and the extra firm couch.

  Our stay was nice. We liked the way the doors opened wide and were able to hear/enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen was nice, the bedrooms were good, the place was clean. My advice is update the furniture and the TV in the living room. The couches were really bad and the TV looked to be a 1995 model. Those were minor issues on the whole. The beach was very nice and not crowded. It was a good stay.

  The condo was decent. Great view, it was clean. The beds were comfortable. Couch was horrible, we all went to our rooms to watch TV so that we wouldn't have to sit on the couch. Pool was small but clean. Loved the ease of reaching the beach, which was private and not crowded, so that was wonderful. Loved the view from the balcony, that was our favorite part. Madeira itself we did not care for. A little run down.

  my only comment was the person who cleans the front foyer was alomost to the point of being rude - I understand his frustration when he cleans the rug etc. and then people come in with sand on their sandals but he does not have to give the perosn the look of discuss - there are other ways to "educate" person - I don't know if a sign on the beach side door would help but some people were holding back going inside when they saw him cleaning in there.

People sitting there were very aggressive people and would fight with anyone that sat in the chairs besides their group.   The view was breath taking. The kitchen amenities were excellent. The living room couches were not comfortable for lounging and no comfortable reading chair. The patio could have used a lounge chair or something to kick your feet up on. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not heated and way too cold for swimming. The condo was spacious and had updates in master bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

  The view from this condo is spectacular. The Condo is even nicer than the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also within walking or short drive distance to shopping and restaurants. All the restaurants in the area were wonderful!! I loved coming out each morning and drinking my coffee on the patio to see the dolphins not too far out in the ocean. I loved it!!!!!

  Loved the open kitchen and the island where we all sat and ate our meals. The view was fantastic, every morning we had breakfast. On the balcony, watching the Dolphins swim by. The beds were very comfortable but the couches needed updating. The only problem we had was the assigned parking space was very awkward to park our minivan not a lot of space to maneuver.

  The condo - 4A is very nice, but some furniture needs replaced. Didn't like having my car parked in water for 3 days, and having the maintenance man throw sand all over one side of it.   This condo is perfect!! The view is wonderful, the condo is comfortable with a great kitchen living room, dining room all open to each other. We would suggest a little more comfortable couch but wasn't awful at all because there was a lot of seating with the sectional and an extra couch. We were there with another couple and it was perfect for us. The balcony was huge with views from two sides. We will definitely be back next year to this same condo if possible. The elevator in the building was a little slow and hot but definitely not a deal breaker for us. The pool was nothing special but we weren't really concerned with the pool with the beach so so close. Great condo that we could live in ourselves and be very happy.

  We had an incredible stay. The only problem we had was with the guest that was parked next to us that decided he would put all his seashells he collected on my car which caused damage. You may want to make a note somewhere in your rules that people should not touch other peoples cars.I realize this is not your issue since it was a guest that did it but maybe a note on rules would help.
