Happy Home - Bright, updated beach house in Madeira Beach, top location!

This really cute beach house is located right across the street from the beautiful sugar sand beach of Madeira Beach. This fun home away from home is literally steps from the action, grocery stores, drug stores, multiple shops, restaurants and live entertainment. It has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms plus an enclosed Florida room that has been turned into a 3rd bedroom. New windows and beautiful warm wood flooring throughout. The home is filled with natural light from abundant windows and doors. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, washer/dryer and an eat-in area. The bright living area offers a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. A real rarity is the back yard with an automatic gate, a nicely furnished patio and grill area. Ample private and secure parking for at least 2 cars available.

For additional family fun we also provide 2 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 children chairs, ladder toss game, a beach wagon and lots of toys such as footballs, basketball, kids toys, floats, tents, skim board, paddle board game. Feeling happy at “Happy Home” is guaranteed :)!

Madeira Beach is a popular beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 0.5 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this beautiful home so really you have all that you need right here. Close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!!

  This old Florida beach bungalow has been nicely updated with stylish furnishings, and comfortable beds. We knew it was on the mainland side of a busy road, but quite close to the beach. We could not get the management company to call back, which is unacceptable. Had they done so, we could have reported that the sink faucet in the kitchen barely produces water and has no pressure. This makes kitchen clean up much more of a chore than it should be on vacation since there is no dishwasher.

  This was hands down one of the best home rentals we’ve ever had. The house was cozy, well decorated, and the beds were comfy. The linens and towels were quality - not the cheap stuff you oftentimes see in rentals. This was the best stocked house I’ve ever seen; both the kitchen and the beach supplies were incredible. They provided chairs, bikes, umbrellas, floats, skim boards, a pop up tent, beach toys, and more. Absolutely incredible and essential considering this house is right across the street from the beach. The location is walkable to restaurants and the Johns Pass area. Would absolutely rent this house again!

  Great location and cute house. Close to John's Pass and the beach. Having the gated in parking was really nice. For being so close to the road, didn't get much street noise. Only downfall is no dishwasher or pantry but other than that great beach house! And mgt was super responsive with any questions or concerns.

  Location is perfect if you looking to stay close to the beach, house is beautiful and clean, patio is private and cozy, outdoor shower was nice after beach days, house come with beach chairs, toys, boards, inflatable’s and a wagon cart so you don’t have to carry everything,
