The newly remodeled home spreads out over close to1600 square feet on two levels. Each level has a balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. Parking is available for 1 car underneath the building or in one of the guest parking spots on property, first come first serve. A sparkling shared pool is just a few steps away. You can overlook the pool while sitting on one of your balconies.

Or, walk across the bridge, less than a mile, where you will find John’s Pass Village which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.
Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of award winning beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!
