Bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with direct Gulf views! Located at the Emerald Isle property on North Redington Beach, this condo is great for families that need a little extra room. Lovely beach décor carried throughout, well-kept unit, private balcony with views up and down the beach and ready for your beach getaway! Restaurants, shopping and other activities all within close distance to this location making it a great, central spot! Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in approximately 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! North Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg; a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the Emerald Isle a great vacation choice!

  Great view of the Gulf. Able to watch the sun set almost every evening. The beds were comfortable. The Location was close to many of the more popular restaurants; and right across the street from a new mexican restaurant called Burrito Social; ate there twice. Not very much in the way of beach supplies. Rented one of the on-beach cabanas, but they are pricey. Linens supplied, but not beach towels; went and bought a few. Kitchen faucet a little wobbly. Kitchen and baths need updating but are functional. Parking can be an issue. There is only one spot per condo. We had 3 couples and two cars. We got a guest pass. But there are only 2 guest spots for 24 units. We pretty much didn't use the car in that spot in case someone else took it while we were gone.

  Great location. Ocean front with balcony and near restaurants. However, paint is peeling in both bathrooms. Kitchen is in good shape but outdated. No TV in one bedroom. Rental agency communicates a lot, but sends conflicting information.

  Older unit that needs updating. Ants in the kitchen required me to buy Raid and keep my food on the dining room table during our stay. I was not notified that the washer and dryer was not in the unit or that tI needed coins to operate the ones in a different floor. Great location and overall a good trip.

  The condo was great for what we wanted and the price was right. Great view of the Gulf and so close to the beach. Only complaint was the use of keys, we had two sets w/ six occupants. Upgrading to keypads would be a plus.

  I hope this review really helps the owners and they should go take a look at the property to see what I am referring to. Great location!!! Amazing views!!! However, property needs renovating. Paint was coming off the handles of the kitchen cabinets, clutter and dirty items in every cabinet and closet all throw together making renter have to sort through the mess looking for utensils and kitchen items, management staff not knowledgeable about what the rental had and didn't have. Coffee pot very old and in poor condition, blender very old and missing top. kitchen utensils in very poor condition, toilet seat partially attached in master bathroom.

  The property is in a gorgeous location with a fabulous beach view. Due to COVID, the property was not very full. We had some issues with the property management company. The unit was supposed to have an iron. I know I’m the only weirdo that irons on vacation, but when I called to leave a message, my call was never returned. This is a 3 bedroom unit. We had two cars and one parking pass. When asked if we could get another we were met with an absolute NO!! It did not seem that the property manager was very accommodating. The inside of the unit was nicely decorated, but a bit tired. Could certainly use some knives that cut. We did enjoy ourselves.

  The condo is in a beautiful location. Easy access to the surrounding area. The kitchen was stocked really well. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows.
  Be prepared to carry the key everywhere you go. Room access, building access, pool access, beach access. A key pad system would better benefit the property.
  I would stay again, but would hope that the unit was cleaner at arrival time (there was a large clump of hair in the second shower). It's time to do away with all the rugs, have the furniture cleaned, and deep clean the master shower.

  Great sunset views from balcony! Unit layout nice for family. We had never been to the area before this trip. Having to use keys to access any area of the building,the lobby, the pool, get to and from the beach etc was annoying - with all the tech available, this needs to be updated for easier access in and out of the building and property amenities. Some of the owners in the building were seemingly annoyed that renters were at the property .

  Beautiful front view of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. Saw dolphins swimming along the shore and a great variety of seashore birds. Very clean, well located close to restaurants and shopping. A lot of local events to go to such as Markets and Sand Sculpture Festivals if on season. Very clean and roomy. Everything you need is available. Minor problems on the master bathroom that were pass along to the manager but did not stop our nice stay. Nice Management company, welcome and very helpful.Love the area.

  Nice condo, we enjoyed our stay. Was nice being so close to the beach since we are beachers, not pool people. Mr. Turner wasn't happy with our presence but we noticed we were not the only ones he targeted.
